Tell them when you get there, they text you to wait in the car and then when to come in. When I started it said the wait was 45 minutes; total was probably a little less than that, so don't check in super early. Waited inside for 15 or so after they texted to come in. Clerk was friendly and patient. Pretty much like getting a license: some questions, you sign and the kid signs, then gets a picture. A week or two later it will come in the mail. No issues with the task and picture was taken with a backdrop and not some web cam on the counter. I was in and out in 15 mins or less. BMV location - Franklin County DR #2586 is located at 112 Dillmont Dr., Columbus, Ohio off US-23 North in a nice strip mall plaza above I-270 (outer-belt) and near Lazelle Rd. This location has also been known as the Worthington License Agency though it's above Worthington and probably closer to Lewis Center. All kinds of food options in the area and close to Polaris if you want to grab some food and do some shopping too.

I have heard from many customers that there eye testing machine is very old and outdated leading people who have good eyes to flunk its drivers eye test. I myself wear good glasses with prescription and had trouble following their eye test due to low lighting and shadows inside the machine. I barely passed but this has never happened to me before at other BMVs where I always pass eye tests. Until you update your machines we are going somewhere else.

It's super easy guys. It's a kiosk that you sign into with your license plate number and Social Security number and then pay with a credit card. You'll go through about a dozen or so screens which takes about 7 or 8 minutes in total. Once the kiosk has all your info and payment, it'll print out your new registration and license sticker and you're on your way. A user friendly government service?
