The person I spoke to said he could not help me out since they derive their mailings from a computer list. When I asked him which list I was on he said he could not help me and hung up rudely. Wait actually he told me to "have a nice day" and then hung up. So it seems as though they have no regard for any environmental friendliness when it comes to eliminating paper and of course the trash that it becomes. Certainly indicates the level of service you might experience when you actually may want to order something for them. Perhaps also since they have only been in business for about nineteen years, they may not understand what it means to do what you can to help people.

We worked with Steve and his crew to design and build an addition to our home. We added just under…read more500 square feet to our house: a master/main suite, laundry room, and mudroom. Steve did the design, permitting, and construction. He's highly knowledgeable about the process *and* the particulars of working with our City's building department. I would 100% hire Steve and his team again for a project. His communication during our project was excellent. He made great suggestions and gave advice that helped us make choices that we were happy with. His proposed project budget was very accurate--we did go over a bit, but that was due to upgrades/additions that we made (none of which we felt pressured into). He also accommodated our request to DIY our flooring and worked the construction schedule around that us doing so. Everyone on his team--and the subcontractors--were professional, accommodating, and trustworthy. They went out of their way to minimize messes, to ensure our pets (including indoor-only cats) were secure, and to answer our on-the-fly questions. They even taught my kids to sweep with a push broom (and made it seem fun for a hot second!)! We've been living in our finished space for a while now and are extremely happy with the build. The additional space for our family, as well as the functionality of that space, has improved our lives tremendously. Again, I highly recommend Steve and his team at BT Contracting.

Great experience working with Victor and his installation team…read more My house is 23 years old and well built. I wanted to replace the cartridge in the kitchen faucet and by the time I got damn thing out, I had torn out the sink and some of the laminate! My girlfriend saw my handiwork and said, "Oh good! Now you can buy granite! This is great!" At first I was shocked. Only rich people buy granite. Well, not anymore. I think granite is fantastic. I was referred to Victor by an appraiser. Victor did exactly as the appraiser said he would. We agreed in advance on the following: I would break and make the plumbing and the cooktop and install new backspashes. Victor would tear out the old countertops and backsplashes and seal the granite. Victor measured precisely and provided excellent recommendations. The installation team handled the little "surprises" easily- added epoxy to fill a hole in cabinet where the old cooktop was and chiseled out the drywall where it was a little high in corner joint and chiseled the cabinet where needed for sinks. They've got a great electrical chisel/cutter tool that works on vibration. I got one for myself so I can rebuild the cabinet "floor" under the sinks and cooktop. 3 granite seams are nearly invisible. I paid $7600 for 84 sq ft of countertops (3 in the kitchen, 1 hall bath, 1 master bath). He used 2 big sheets of granite (I am responsible for cost of an entire sheet of granite including leftovers so let him help you plan how you will use your slab. They come in different sizes). So that's $91 per square foot. Seems expensive, but it was worth it to me. I love beautiful high quality stone and workmanship and I got all of that! We visited a lot of small granite outfits and box stores before we met Victor. These outfits sell their own granite but the selection is limited and they are displayed in a way that is hard to see- little samples or whole sheets stacked up like doors in a hardware store. Victor referred me to a granite showroom in Seattle called Pental. They've got a HUGE selection of granite displayed so you can see the whole slab in good lighting. Absolutely gorgeous stuff. I picked a mid-price granite called Astoria. It has the elements that make me happy just to look at it- natural like a sandstone cliff or a dry stream bed, flowing lines in mostly tan with highlights of salmon and black. Plus little sparkles like the inside of an oyster that flash at you as you move around the kitchen. You can almost hear the sound of tumbling water and see the trout in there! Absolutely beautiful! All of the sinks are under-rmount- the only way to go for me. So easy to wipe the counters. Victor's team installs 2x4 side supports for the kitchen sink because of the additional weight a large sink could hold. I was lucky in that my fake oak cabinets with real oak doors and frames were good enough quality that the instl was strong and level. Turns out the color of the stone complimented the honey oak color of the cabinets. I hadn't planned on that nice surprise! Victor and his team are on time for estimate and installation. Very pleasant guys to work with. I haven't installed the faucets and wall tile yet. Still washing up in the laundry tub!

Actual quality of install is great. The customer service... so/so to poor…read more He installed our countertops as part of our remodel and that went great. We also had an additional cut that he did no-cost (we picked up the extra piece at their warehouse). But our very last interaction leaves an awful taste in our mouth. We asked him to come back briefly to drill a hole (5 minutes + driving). We told him it was not urgent, and to come out anytime in January. He texts at 7AM suddenly saying "OMW there by 8am" - no advance scheduling or notice, just "I'm almost there". Then a 'He said/she said': we were told by our general contractor drilling a hole would be free, Victor shows up, prepared to drill, and says "I would never come out for free - $150 visit fee". I've got 2 kids (1 sick) in the other room, and he springs a negotiation on me very-last-minute like that? We've been texting, asking "anytime this month". He said "well, I'll take $100 cash". Clearly was a money grab. (Later in the day realizing I should have just drilled the hole myself...) So install went well, but awful experience at the end. My fault for not asking about a visit fee before, but his fault for not communicating at all and for an obnoxious cash-grab.

I called and had a quote in just a few days, the job was scheduled within three weeks. They showed up on site and were professional and maintained a clean worksite. They pressure washed one day and they had to postpone the painting for a few days due to weather. They returned on time and worked full days finishing the job on time. They were very meticulous about the prep and caulking, prep took longer than the painting. I felt i got a fair price, great workmanship and a really good looking paint job. Pablo and crew were great and I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.
