I called this electrician when I realized that some of the outlets in my living room were not…read morefunctioning. As a homeowner, I would have preferred the problem to be evaluated before it became a bigger problem. The appointment was made without any problem and the technician came within the time frame agreed upon. He described what he was investigating and found a wiring problem behind one of the outlets. It was repaired on the same day and it has been working well since then. The procedure was easy and professionally managed.

I needed someone to do a simple remove and replace of my Tesla Wall Connector. Removing a Gen1 that…read morewas failing and replace it with the Gen3. We recently moved to CO so I didn't have a preferred Electrician yet, so I started reaching out to get quotes and timelines. Mark Block responded to my request promptly and immediately gave me a quote and timeline when they could do the work. Every other electrician either required me to take dozens of pictures and fill out multiple forms on their website (assuming I was doing a first time EV install) before they would even respond or they were booked and unable to get to it for 3 months. Even after getting ahold of some of these other companies, they wouldn't quote the amount until they had "more time" to research it. This was a simple plug & play replacement. I chose Block Electric and I'm so glad I did! They showed up, not just on time but early. The technician they sent was Tyler, and not only is he a great Electrician but also his positive attitude, smile and efficiency was awesome. He immediately identified that I would need to downgrade the circuit breaker from 100amp to 60amp, he had one in the truck and did that as well. He cleaned up the work area afterwards as well, leaving it probably cleaner than it was previously. He was in and out in an hour and my charger is working perfectly! It was literally the best customer service experience I've had in years. Block Electric will be the first company I go to for any future electrician needs. Thanks to Tyler, Mark and everyone else there!

Professional from start to finish, Nytech replaced both our AC and furnace unit this summer…read more The team gave us plenty of options to choose from to replace our 28 year old unit. Caleb the lead on our project, took into account all factors to provide a quality and value experience. We loved that he and the company are local and are part of our Castle Rock community. We will update our review as they continue to follow through on all post install service and warranty work if necessary.
