Shocked that the employees are either not better trained to help customers or simply did not care. I literally had to rush to buy this microwave cuz they claimed they needed to know the exact measurements so they could build around it. I think we can all agree that turned out to be failure. I have called almost every day only to hear from the owner once, no one seems to want to help me or fix any of these problems!
