I remembered the night before and drive over to find the posted hours showing the store had closed 90 minutes earlier. By some miracle, there were two men still inside working on the computers. The suit was cleaned and pressed beautifully but it is the kind customer service that won me over. I'm glad this friendly place is so close to home.

I think it's a pretty good joint…read more Prices are somewhat affordable: The 8 Loads Washer Cost 8.75$, the 2 Loads cost 3.25$, and the 1 load cost about 2.75$. I did "four" hamper's worth of clothes, and it cost me about 40$ (Washer/Dryer Included). They also have a 2 vending machines, one for drinks and the other for detergents, fabric softeners, and bleach. I bought my detergent at a nearby CVS though, since I didn't know they had some for sale. It cost me about 8$ at CVS for a little 16 pack pouches. The bleach cost me about 2$ for a small bottle, but that was more than what I needed. Surroundings/Atmosphere: There was a lady who went around and sanitized the tables for folding clothes, so I thought that was nice. It kind of flooded earlier though (but not too much), so I hope they fix that. I just wish they had a bathroom though. I had to go to the nearby Food 4 Less. Conclusion But yeah, overall I think I would go here again. I had a good experience despite the small little things. I don't want to take any pictures though since people are around , but it looks clean.

****Attention management of Serrano's Cleaners****…read more I'm so disappointed. One of my items was missing when we arrived home, a black linen jumpsuit. My husband dropped off 4 items and when he picked them up there were only 3 items in the bundle. He went back after a few weeks, thinking no problem, they just forgot to include it in the pickup. The woman at the counter insisted we were given 4 items. He asked her if she would please check the rotating rack, she refused and she said it's not there, the slots are recycled. So I went back, received the same response. Although she did check the lower rack. She said she would check the invoices. ( not exactly sure what that will show, other than how many items were dropped off.) So, we paid for 4 items and received 3. Either my jumpsuit was lost or mistakenly given to another customer. Photo added just in case management & staff are interested in looking for the missing item. Thank you for your quick reply. We are 100% sure the jumpsuit was not returned or included in the bundle received. Your reference to another cleaners makes no sense. You acknowledge you received the jumpsuit, so you had it. We have used your cleaners exclusively for years. I humbly request you search through your facility for the jumpsuit. It should be there unless it was given to another customer by mistake.

I've never had big issues just something like a coin gets stuck or this and that and the ladies go above and beyond to fix it but I came in on 3/11/24 and I normally use the big machines for my blankets or clothes and on this day when I came to check on the washer it had 5 min left and it wasn't turning at all for quite a while. I pressed start again and it started to turn. So I washed it again and thought maybe it was a hiccup but it happened the same thing the second time just not as much. I messaged the person where it says text if you have an issue or need a refund being polite to let them know I think the machine is broken and they just replied with nonsense. Believe are the messages. Poor customer service. I just spent about $27 on washing the same things three times. Let alone its sad cause I come here on a weekly basis let alone when I come Friday afternoons/nights theres been times where there's drugies outside or even in the bathroom and I always go above and beyond to tell them they have to leave since at times I feel uncomfortable them being here when I have my little kids here at times too. Simply like today there's drugies here but that's the last time I look after this business.
