Inferno Grill: Where the food is hotter than my ex's new boyfriend and twice as satisfying!…read moreListen, I rolled into Inferno Grill expecting the usual "eh, it's fine" vibe, but NOPE. This place straight-up kidnapped my taste buds and held them for ransom in the best way possible. The steak? Cooked so perfectly it should come with a marriage proposal and a safe word. Juicy, charred, melt-in-your-mouth ridiculousness that ruined every other steak I'll ever eat for the rest of my life. The mac & cheese so creamy it's basically foreplay on a plate. And the spicy honey-glazed wings? I saw the light, people. There was a choir. They were holding tiny forks. But the real MVP, the absolute queen, the human sunshine with a tray = RACHELY. This legend doesn't just serve food; she conducts a full symphony of flavor and chaos. She refilled my drink before I knew I was thirsty, roasted me gently for ordering the steak "medium-rare like a real man" (her words), and when I went full savage on the "inferno-level" heat, she slid a milkshake across the table like a drug dealer and whispered, "You're gonna need this, tough guy." I did. I cried. It was glorious. 10/10 would let her clown me again. Bottom line: Inferno Grill is a public safety hazard. I came for dinner and left planning my next three visits like I'm casing the joint. Bring stretchy pants, zero shame, and beg the universe for Rachely, because without her your night is only 499% perfect instead of a flaming, glorious 500%. Inferno Grill: Come for the flames, stay because Rachely won't let you leave without a food coma and a crush on both her and that steak.(Seriously, I'm still thinking about it. Send help... or a to-go box and Rachely's schedule.)

5/5 Would Let Cameron Ruin My Diet Again Listen up, desert…read morerats and accidental Salton Sea tourists: if you're cruising past that apocalyptic inland ocean and your stomach starts growling louder than your regrets, you NEED to slam on the brakes at the Ski Inn. Why? Two words: Cameron. And her curves. Sweet baby Jesus on a jet ski, this woman floats behind the bar like a mirage you actually get to touch (the drinks, people, touch the drinks). She's serving looks so dangerous I forgot how to blink. Hips that could cause a 20-car pileup on the 86. I ordered a beer and accidentally proposed. She just laughed, poured me another, and said "Honey, slow down, the burgers aren't going anywhere." Ma'am, neither am I. Speaking of the burgers... these world-famous bad boys are so juicy they should come with a towel and a safe word. I'm pretty sure they're 50% beef, 50% black magic, and 100% the reason I now need new pants. One bite and I saw God. He was wearing a Ski Inn t-shirt and nodding approvingly at Cameron's... service skills. Pro tip: sit at the bar so Cameron can lean over to take your order and you can die happy right there between the peanut shells and your own drool. 10/10. The burgers are life-changing. Cameron is a national treasure. My cholesterol is crying but my soul is full. Ski Inn: Come for the greasy perfection, stay because Cameron smiled at you and now you live here.

Although the kitchen closes at 7pm, they are open later and even have karaoke Friday nights which honestly sounded so fun. They do accept cards but I think they prefer cash!! Would definitely recommend stopping by for a meal or drink if you're around this area.

Had a very nice meal here with a friend yesterday. They do have happy hour appetizers out and…read morethere is a nice bar area, but we ate in the main restaurant. Cute ambiance, amazing wait staff and good value for the quality and portion size. The bread brought for the table was perfect crispy outside, soft inside. All the dishes were well made. I took a lasagna plate to go for my adult son and he loved it as well. Best part is how well-trained their staff is; I ordered a diet coke and they let me know they were out and offered other suggestions. I went with a water but not five minutes later they came with a diet coke! What kept them from 5 stars? There is no dedicated parking lot and the area around them (north of them is fine but south down the street is another story) is sketchy at best and doesn't seem particularly safe to park your car on the street. The menu is not very broad, but overall a very nice experience!

This place isn't bad but it could definitely use some improvements. I ordered delivery from here…read moreand got chicken wings, chicken Alfredo, and garlic bread. The garlic bread was just bolillo bread (the kind of bread you eat with menudo) with butter and garlic seasoning. The chicken wings were also really soggy and for some they were all dark brown on the inside. It was really unappetizing to see. The Alfredo wasn't too bad. I don't think I will be trying this place again.

I agree with Vincent C. It is so nice to have a BevMo in El Centro-especially when you want…read moresomething a bit more unusual. The weather is getting warm and I was needing a warm weather cocktail. My favorite is a Cucumber Cooler, that my friend made for us made with Hendrick's Gin and St. Germaine Elderflower (smells very similar to lychee). I could find it at the BevMo in Las Vegas but I wasn't sure I'd find it at this one. We had to go to Bed, Bath & Beyond and saw Bev Mo was open on Sunday! So, we bopped over after we finished at BBB. We enjoyed just looking around at first but I set out to find the goods. There was an associate standing in the center who was happy to help me. She took me directly to the Hendrick's and then to the Elderflower liquor. I picked up 2 bottles of tonic on sale. We went to the check out and saw some great glasses that they were selling very cheap. We picked up a couple cute glasses that were perfect for this cocktail. The awesome thing is that there was a manager's special on what I bought and we got 2 more bottles of tonic and 3 airline size bottles of gin. It was so easy to park, find what we needed and checkout. I definitely recommend this Bev Mo. They really are beverages and more!

They do have a large selection, but not what I would call exotics or high quality world beers. The current owners have tarnished their reputation.
