Fresh ingredients, meats sliced on demand, and a wide variety of choices. I had the club, very good. Hubs had the subway, it was huge and he enjoyed it very much! Daughter said the Monroe (sliced chicken and greens) was good! They were busy, we waited a little bit, but it was worth it. Only criticism was it was warm inside (maybe ac woes); felt a little uncomfortable, but we took ours to go. If you want a good sandwich, this place will not disappoint.

We started with the jalapeño poppers with raspberry dipping sauce...very tasty! Then we were able to put toppings of two different signature pizzas onto each half of a single large pizza (of which we will also be enjoying for breakfast!!!) both pizzas were delicious! The dessert calzones were phenomenal as well. Oh, and for the review by the idiot who complained about the slight char on the crust, FYI, that is exactly the way it should come from a wood fired pizza oven! AMAZING!!!

I absolutely love what FIRE pizza, I've had it all over the world, including Italy and they definitely nailed it! We also got the dessert calzones, which were great too, and what a plus that they carry local craft beer on draft! Katie was her server and she was so attentive and kind! We literally walked in 30 minutes before they closed and everybody treated us with great customer service! Bravo, for creating such fun, unique pizzas! And for having great service in atmosphere!

The pizzas looked…read moregood when they came out, but the second you picked up a slice the toppings and cheese slid completely off. No cheese pull, no structure, just a soggy undercooked mess in the middle. The crust was the biggest issue. What looked like a stuffed crust was really just thick undercooked dough that never fully baked through. It made the pizza feel heavy and gummy instead of crispy or chewy. The pepperoni pizza was honestly ridiculous. It had maybe four giant pepperoni slices on the entire pie, so every other bite was just plain cheese and undercooked dough. For almost $45 a pizza, this was a huge disappointment.

A party this large could be something that frazzled the staff but not the crew at Sawyer, they were so nice! It was our first time here so we were curious about the diffrent beers. They let us try as many as we liked and they were all delicious. They had a peach sour that was fantastic. They also have a ton of delicious ipa's and a few different non alcoholic drinks. I was shook with a party so large how fast they got all of our food. I really appreciate that I can't do dairy so I asked if I could have the cheese for the nachos on the side. They did this but to my disappointment it was basically just chips and meat. Not their fault since I modified it. What I really appreciated though was I asked since there's no cheese could you bring me some salsa for it. They lovingly did this, and a big bowl too!l What excellent customer service. The vibe there is super cool and plenty of seating both inside and out! I would 100% recommend this brewery!!!
