I had a very dangerous blowout coming thru Vega right at the beginning of the road repair section…read more I barely made it thru and managed to maneuver my van onto the grass once the lanes opened up. This was Sat Apr 24 at 3:40. I called the other company, the locals, but everyone stops working at noon on Sat. Got ahold of 3E and the gentleman said he was very busy but said if I could wait 3 hours he'd be there when he was done. 15 minutes later he called back,the other folks were fine and he was a mile away. I'm 5 ft off the freeway and no one is even trying to slow down or give me space. He parked the work truck and coned off half of the lane, ( there were 3) then explained all my options. He went above and beyond, driving to Amarillo to firestone because the vans tires are unique. He was kind, considerate and downright the best person I could have had show up and help. Most thorough and professional service I've ever received. I highly recommend them anytime, especially coming from a 53 year old farmboy that's been in damn near every situation regarding stuck vehicles there is. Just not on the 40 east.
