I arrived and the employee who was working greeted me and took my cartridges to the back. I had my daughter with me, and luckily there was not only a bathroom for customers, but also a waiting area with books and magazines. The employee came back about ten minutes later and looked sheepish as he explained to me that my cartridges were stock (meaning they came with the printer and pretty much sucked, and they don't hold that much ink). He refilled them and didn't charge me, and he ALSO wrote down the kind of cartridge I need to buy for my printer. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a local, genuine business for your ink needs. :-)

Recently went in for the first…read moretime after hearing wonderful things through word of mouth and was immediately greeted by the associate and owner. Simply needed a refill service on ink cartridges and rather than refilling them they completely replaced them with brand new ones for the same price ($6-$8pc). All in all was around $30 which is only a few dollars more than what you would pay for just one cartridge in a big retail store sometimes. My one critique would be that a bigger sign that says "Advanced Inkjet Solutions" be posted out front it was tough seeing the Van from the road. Other than that the customer service was second to none! Go support this amazing local business with all of your printing needs.!
