Our dog…read morehad emergency surgery a few days prior to shopping here because of a fiber blockage in his intestine from years of licking our carpet and couch. After a very long surgery and a laundry list of post operative care, we were required to find and buy a couch that was leather or some other smooth material to ensure our dog could live safely in our home. We were short on time and needed something stat. Immediately upon pulling into the parking lot, it was very clear that this was an established, family owned and operated business. The property outside was impeccably maintained, and the exterior of the building was beautiful. They had a series of signs in the window in favor of helping animals in need, supporting american business, and supporting first responders. We were extremely pleased to see this all and I had a feeling before walking inside that this is a store you visit through out your lifetime for ALL your furniture needs, not just a one and done visit. We were immediately greeted by the cutest Cavapoo, Luna, and a friendly man and woman. Todd immediately and naturally conversed with us and very, VERY quickly identified what we were looking for through genuine interest. During the sales process, the one thing that I appreciated the most was his honest expertise about different fabrics or materials. He was extremely knowledgeable and very efficiently went through the different features of the sofa we were most interested in and different purchasing options. He took into account and addressed various factors that go into what makes furniture comfortable - height differences, weight differences, torso to leg ratio, longevity, color, factors that wear down materials, etc etc. I could go on and on how amazing the shopping process was with Todd. He made sure to give a plethora of information without making us feel like we were sitting there for a long time or listening to a long lecture. The value of the sofa we ended up purchasing - we felt good about. Being a family operated business with high quality american materials, their prices are a little higher. My husband and I were quite comfortable spending a little more to ensure our money was not going overseas or into a worse quality item. We were also super happy to pay a little more to support their business philosophies and values. Their sofas have great warranties and since it's backed by an independent business, it's very clear Oak Tree will work with you to ensure they stand behind their pieces. We ended up getting a FANTASTIC couch that will allow our dog to safely in our home while providing maximum comfort for us and checking all of our boxes. If you are looking for furniture and want to ensure your money goes to a local family who cares about people, animals, and the local community - this is the place to go.

After researching a number of furniture companies both locally and online, we chose to work with Caliber Office and couldn't have been happier with the experience. As other reviewers have noted, what stands out about Chris Cable and his staff is their high degree of professionalism and their excellent service standards. They are very responsive, reliable, honest, and hardworking, and they go out of their way to ensure that the the work is done well and on time. Ours was a complex purchasing project that involved multiple decision makers and thus lots of questions, differing opinions, and unexpected changes that could have easily frustrated any vendor. But they took it in stride and did everything right, which I really appreciated. Most of my clients are in the San Francisco Bay Area, but my experience working with Caliber Office was so good that I don't hesitate to call upon them for help when the need arises.     We have been Diversified Office System clients since 2015. I will not be dealing with them ever…read moreagain. I had two criteria when choosing them for our copier: cost and service level. The nature of the business is insurance and I made it crystal clear that we required immediate turn-around on trouble calls because printing, scanning and copying were key activities. Jerry Ashley, the owner, promised me that we would be taken care of. Throughout the years I attempted to be as proactive as possible and provide long lead times if the operation of the machine was in question. Many times I made multiple unanswered calls but eventually the problems were addressed; Until the last incident. A communication firewall (answering service) was implemented over a year ago seemingly to distance the office from customers. Countless times I left messages and they were never answered and I had to call back, frequently half a dozen times over multiple days to have issues addressed. The last straw was during the Medicare insurance equivalent of tax season for a CPA. Our copier was malfunctioning (blurry copies, misaligned pages, torn pages) for several days. Desperate calls were made and messages left with the answering service. They assured me that the messages were being forwarded but I still never received a response. Frustrated beyond belief, I requested a response from the owner, Jerry. The answering service gal asked me to hold while she reached out to Jerry. Before I went on hold I impressed on her the urgency of the situation and that I had called 4 times that day. I was completely shocked and insulted when she came back on the line and told me that Jerry curtly responded that he was busy at home with his family (4:00 in the afternoon) and my call should just be left with the office. The answering service gal assured me that the urgency of the call and that my frustration was high were both communicated to Mr. Ashley. I am usually very empathetic, pretty mellow and accommodating but my limits have been totally reached with Diversified Office Systems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS. PATRONIZING AND DISRESPECTFUL!

    This is the most shady business in the county. They roll copier meters back and try to sell…read moremachines as "new" This business can NOT sell new copiers. They are not an authorized dealer or seller. This place buys repo machines, wipes them down and sells them with the same price tag as new. They can not legally get the firmware for the machines to support them, or buy OEM parts. They have to buy parts and toner like any joe off the street. Do not let this man rip you off! They have no certified technicians, all they want is your money and to lock you into a contract!
