I brought my car in after a minimal fender bender.. Meghan helped me get the piece adjusted.. An auto body tech was able to get the small outer panel to fit back in In no time. I've used them twice before and I recommend Western Auto Body. read more

I have been taking my cars to Western Autobody for the past 2 cars and a few incidents. I just took my car there a couple of weeks ago to have my car repaired after being rear-ended. Them paired with my insurance, made my claim process go so smoothly that I couldn't be happier! No one likes to have to get into accidents, but when you have one...take your car here! Amazing service and even got to pet a few cute dogs while I was there. PS....I noticed a squeak coming from the back of my car a week later and called to ask them if they can look at it. They said no problem and was able to drive right over. After going for a test drive and one of the guys riding in my trunk area (I drive a crossover suv) he helped me pinpoint where the squeaking was coming from (NOT from their repair, just my panoramic moon roof) Lol. Thank you so much for going to extra mile to help me!!!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Western Auto. My husband had been in a bizzare accident involving a redwood tree. I won't go into all the events, but we had our car taken to 2 other shops, & suffice it to say they were terrible. Couldn't find the replacement part, just let our car sit in the back of their garage for over a week. Our Auto Insurance was losing their patience. Finally, someone recommended Western Auto. We had it towed there. Within 1 day, they had the part. Within 3 days our car looked like new. The paint job was also very high quality. And a big price tag for all of this? No! The total amount due was more than fair. If you should ever go there, ask for Tony! He's just the BEST! Friendly & extremely knowledgeable about everything. This place is GOLD! read more

I was an unlucky car in a chain-reaction accident a few months ago, Western Auto Body was amazing and did an excellent job! Very reasonable timeframe for the scope of the work, friendly staff all around, and my car looks identical to what it was before the accident! Everyone at the shop was friendly, attentive, and professional, but I also want to give a shout out to Meghan who was wonderful to work with; great communication and answered all of my questions (this was my first accident ever). Definitely would recommend and would go back to again! read more

AMAZING SERVICE. Our car was towed here following an accident for which we were not liable. Meghan, Tony, Mai & the rest of the team were so attentive, professional and compassionate throughout the whole process. We were dealing with the other driver's unresponsive insurance company, and the staff at Western Auto Body helped explain each step so that we weren't completely in the dark. They will be my first call if I ever need any collision work again. read more

I came in twice for minor repairs, and they did not charge me. Then I came in with a real repair, and they charged me $95. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. They are humane! honest, friendly and helpful/knowledgeable staff. they give at-your-convenience estimates, and even on the spot with no appointment pinned up a lower hanging shield, reattached bumper, and polished scrapes! competitive pricing and excellent work. different repair options to best fit your budget and needs. they will give you a ride home/to enterprise. indeed a super easy process. makes working with insurance a breeze. a lifetime warranty on the full repairs. also a plus is they have a beautiful location, unlike most, you get to overlook a vibrant yard with green grass and flowers, vineyard backdrop, and play with a cute pup while you wait. i will always recommend western auto body to anyone who may need any kind of automotive help; big or small :) check them out read more

Earlier this week I got into a car accident that left my front bumper damaged and hanging on by only a few screws. I'm in my early twenties so major car repairs are always stressful as I don't have the same income that many older adults do. I brought my car in and explained what happened and they fixed it on the spot! They reattached my damaged bumper for me and went over my options. They then gave me a payment plan and cost estimates for the repairs if I decide to get it fixed with them in the future. The woman helping me was very friendly and gave me several different options of various prices to meet my financial needs!! Many auto body shops will try to sell you the most expensive fix possible and will upsell to no end. This auto body shop was NOT like that at all. The employees were very down to earth and understanding of the financial pressures of trying to cover major car repairs at my age and did an amazing job of helping me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the Guerneville/Sebastopol area who's looking to repair their car! read more

Super nice and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make my 2010 audi look brand new after a collision. Cant even tell anything ever happened! They also gave me some on-the-go touch up paint for any future dings! 10/10 read more

Tony at Western Auto Body is the best! He fit me in at the last minute to evaluate the body damage to my car. He gave me a couple options as to dealing with the sideswipe that were so affordable and common sense They were timely, efficient, friendly, concerned. Based on the amazing reviews and that they are local, I gave them a call for an estimate for a repair. I got the answering machine and left a message. It's been over two weeks and have not received a call back. Was able to get estimates for repair at tow other local shops. read more

my Box truck got hit by a tree branch and state farm insurance recommended Western auto body. Tony was amazing ! He handled everything with the insurance company and took amazing care of my truck. My truck has an odd body shape and it's huge . Thanks so much for not passing me off to someone else because it wasn't an easy repair. Very polite staff as well. read more

Called and spoke with Michael yesterday and Tony gave an estimate. Drove in today at scheduled time and was finished and back out the door in good time. All pars work as expected. Nice little decal space for me to work at outside while I wanted. No lost time. They are good , fast , and quality work. I recommend. John read more

By recommendation of NB Bavarian I first called for an estimate, Tiffany was very helpful, gave an accurate quote, so I brought in a hard top to Mike, the owner, who is very personable, to color match & fit onto my daily driver Z3, a top which I scavenged from another Z3. It required paint matching and I asked if they would also be able to remove the mounting hardware from it and install on the other. The crew, including John, Tony & the painter, did beautiful work. Excellent paint job, top looks natural to the car. And all the hardware and seals were attached perfectly. I feel I paid a fair price for quite a bit of technical parts jockeying. Jackie who works in the office with Tiffany is also very communicative and helpful. The team at Western seem to all work together very well as they collaborate on repairs. They are also professional and it's obvious take great pride and have integrity in their professions. I will return for my next project certainly. read more

We were in Sonoma County on vacation and our car was rear ended. The folks at Western Auto Body were very kind. The accident happened on a Friday afternoon and they waited for us to bring it to the shop. They were very responsive and gave us an estimate the following Monday. While we ultimately decided not to have them do repairs for logistical reasons, they made sure the car was safe for our long car trip home, including putting a wrap on the damaged area, and did not charge us. In a stressful situation, the team was kind, professional, and responsive. read more

Western Auto Body did a repair on a nasty door dent on my BMW. Meghan and Tony in the office were great! Friendly, professional, answered all my questions. Been bringing in my vehicles to be worked on and I'm very happy with all services from front office to final product. Painting is the art of hunting for perfection but it's hard to achieve this. Tony and the team at Western Auto Body helped navigate my car accident and quickly got me the service that I needed. After a pretty severe collision, they analyzed my car's damage and got me a quote after just a couple of days. It also helped that they were a preferred vendor for State Farm which helped make the process even smoother. I would totally recommend them for any car bodywork needs. Thank you, read more

These folks are awesome. They took phenomenal care of my BMW and went the extra mile to inspect and ensure every detail was taken care of. Did a walk through around the car after with the owner and took care of everything with insurance, no hassle whatsoever. I would and I will recommend these folks all day long. read more

Went here on the recommendation of another place in Guerneville that I called initially and was very impressed and grateful for the suggestion. I was involved in a collision that required the replacement of basically the entire front bumper and a good deal of the left front side of my car as well. The guy who performed the initial inspection of my car did a quick patch-up of the front so that my tire wouldn't scrape on the moulding and made sure the driver door could open because they wouldn't be able to get me in for a couple weeks. (Good shop = busy = wait.) When I did drop the car off, it was a couple week turn around but given that it was directly over the holidays, I consider that decent. Everything looked new and worked great. Seamless work with my insurance company (AAA), had a rental on the lot waiting for me, and friendly/polite employees. Would definitely go back here if I ever need to. Only down side is it's a bit out of the way. Worth the drive, though. read more

Very good job fixing the gouges in the paint on my tailgate. Friendly service and finished on time. Car was returned clean and shiny. But the best part was the reasonable price. Thanks! I'll be bringing my other car here for an estimate. read more

These guys did a GREAT job twice for me. One somebody else hit me, and once I was the idiot. Tony is funny AND a good businessman, coming in under budget for one of the jobs. The office runs smoothly, and they also went the extra mile for me on a dented door to blend the paint properly. They backed me up with my insurance company, too. Cars came out perfect. Well worth the wait to get your car prettied back up. read more

Great team to work with. Car looks great. Replaced front bumper that had been torn off by a decorative rock backing out of an end parking spot (naughty rock). Provided a loner car while my car was being fixed. Were supportive in working through another issue my car had that started the week before. Friendly, competent, estimate based on pictures alone was nearly spot on. Thanks team! Will be happy to recommend this business to anyone in need of auto body work. read more

We started going here years ago and were frequent customers since one of our kids seemed to have spacial issues with other vehicles and assorted walls. Western is stellar for three reasons: 1) they do beautiful, detailed, perfect work 2) they are impeccably honest and fair 3) they are friendly and reliable Unlike some auto body places which are souless factories, this is a family place, and a local business. Tiffany is wonderful and thorough in all discussions, estimates. Best of all she knows the ins and outs of all the car insurance companies. If you live in Santa Rosa, it may be a lit bit of a drive down Guerneville Road but you will not regret it. Turn the unpleasant experience of having your car dinged into a positive, rewarding experience. No kidding. read more

It's never a happy day when you need to see a body shop, and your lovingly cared for car has been mangled by someone else's driving mistakes. Strange to say, but trusting recommendations by friends, visiting and using this place turned out to be a happy experience. Owner Mike and his staff were warm, professional, and provided great customer service throughout my 4 wheeled baby's "surgery". Not only was my car ready right on time predicted, as I drove up in loaner, I found my car looking better than before my arrival, thanks to unexpected cleaning and detailing! The work was excellent, the customer service great, and I left a very happy guy, wanting to recommend to all my friends who've had a bad car day. read more

I had to come here after someone broke into my car at the JC campus to steal three dollars and some Dayquil....thanks who ever that was! They took a crowbar to my door thus causing much more damage than just a glass fix. Cue in Western Auto Body. My insurance company recommended them so off I went. They had to order a couple special parts for my door and do an intense clean up since a ton of glass fell inside of the actual door. When I got my car back today it was spotless, not a single shard of glass plus they cleaned up my whole dashboard of dust. So sweet. Everyone one there was super kind and worked around my schedule as much as possible. I ended up leaving my car there all weekend so as soon as they got the parts they could get cracking. But they did offer to just tape up my window and let me drive it around all weekend. I hope I never have to do something like that again, but if I find myself in the position I will be back here. read more

I have been using Western for some years. Fast, friendly and fair. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We've used Western numerous times. They guarantee their work and his prices were extremely reasonable. We bought a BMW X5; owned it for two days before a drunk driver rear ended us at a stop sign. Western repaired the back bumper, side panels, etc and did a really great job. We were happy with the work and the time it took. They do very high quality work and it shows. I'm not sure if you've seen what bad body work is like but it will cost you more to fix bad body work than you paid to repair it in the first place. We just took our BMW back because we had a rock chip on the top that split the paint and after going through a car wash peeled a lot of paint off the top where the chip was located. We had Western, and two other auto body shops give an estimate and Westerns was 10%-25% less than the other two! The best part about Western is that they are honest and they work within your budget; he will even piece out projects if you can't afford it all at once. We plan to have him do some work on our Porsche in sections. If it's insurance they deal with your adjustor and insurance and it went super smooth. Check them out... you won't be disappointed. To the reviewer that complained about the estimate....I would worry about a place that gave you an estimate 1/4 of the price of this shop... Even I can paint your car for $2000 but it's not going to look like a professional did it. :) A good paint job will usually run $12-15k if not more. Leaving a review over an estimate is sort of deceiving since you didn't really even use the business. read more

My Mini Cooper got rear ended last week. Called State Farm, got a recommendation for Western. Could not be happier. Jackie and Tiffany just took over the process, got me a rental car (truck!, quite a change from the Cooper), and coordinated it all. Zero stress for me beyond just the fact of getting hit in the first place. Picked it up today. Stellar work. They even cleaned it up inside. Such nice folks. read more

Megan in the office was super helpful and listened to all my concerns! Thank you Western for making this easy!

My number one go to place or auto body work. Top notch! I've had cars repaired here from accidents (hey now, not usually my fault), as well as elective paint work on my motorcycle. Whatever you come here for, you can expect great service and work that you'll be proud of many years and miles down the road. Even though it's a bit outside Santa Rosa (really just a short drive), arranging a rental is no problem. The girls in the office will get you all set up while the boys work magic on your ride. Insurance pro tip: you only have to get one estimate and the place is your choice. Don't be a sucker and go with the lowest bidder that your insurance tries to sweet talk you into, or "just meet the adjuster" at that giant auto body shop that spits out mediocre work at discount prices. Be firm with them. You pay for your premiums and deductibles, so get the work done right, because you are the one who ultimately has to live with it for years. read more

There should be more stars for Tony and everyone at Western Auto Body. Never had a accident before and Tony took charge. He even called Allstate and got more money for the repairs. A minor fender-bender to the right rear edge of my vehicle looked bad and I thought I'd have to have exterior panels replaced. I took my car to Western Auto Body for an estimate and the owner, Michael, looked at it and figured it was possibly just transfer and could be wiped off. Thank goodness that was all it was expect for one scratch. Michael saw that, had one of his crew come over and buff it out. No charge. The whole interaction was so upbeat, kind and helpful. This business is a class act and, if I or anyone else I know needs auto body work, it'll be done at Western Auto Body! Thank you Michael and crew!! read more
