The communication was great leading up to the move as well as on the day of their move. The crew who did the work (Kenneth and Mo) were professional and very respectful of the furniture, entertainment center and smaller items I needed to move. Or course, it was raining cats and dogs the day of the move but they were very careful to wrap and cover all items so there was no rain or other physical damage. They even helped me move items to a small storage location not far from my home. In short, a great company, a great price and great work execution. I would use them again anytime.

I REGRET ever hiring this company. I had a one bedroom move and they sent two turtles to complete…read morethe move. It took over 8 HOURS AND COST OVER ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. They also dropped and broke one of a pair of antique lamps and then offered me $35 for it. A customer service joke. The move took so long that I finally had to climb into the truck myself and use the lift gate to get the move completed. These people were milking the clock for every dollar they could squeeze. The move should have been half of this cost. I waited to write this review to see if they would step up to the table customer service wise. But offering me $35 for my broken lamp that cost $250 is a joke. Especially after I paid over $1k for a one bedroom move. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If you care about your stuff, your time, your experience, and your money. SHOP ELSEWHERE

There always seem to be people available nearby and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a ride or so. Prices are going up. It seems like the drivers are getting pinched more and more. The drivers are often interesting people. You don't really know who you're going to get- it's fun chatting them up, but some just wanna be left alone. I wish there was a setting in the app to let you or the driver know if the other person would rather be left alone. This city is big, that you have to watch it- going from, say, NRG stadium, to the Woodlands could be an expensive endeavor.
