We had been on our way from the Turtle Cafe to pick up prosecco for Sunday mimosas when we came upon a broken, burned building. Completely destroyed. I felt so awful for them. You cannot imagine how excited and happy I was to see a sign for the new shop just up the street months later. I had to stop to make sure it was real. Sure enough there was Cindy at the counter! All of the customers, myself included, smiled back at her when we checked out and told her we were so happy to see them back up and running! All that aside, Cindy has a great selection of wines and beers. She is always willing to put in request orders as well. Wandering through her coolers, I have come across many gems including Pipeworks' Ninja vs Unicorn. Her shop is the only place I have been able to find it so far! The last time I was there, a woman from Gooseneck Vineyards was also there doing tastings. An added bonus with more space! If you are in the area, this is a great bet for meeting your beverage needs.

I love their specialty cocktails and so many things on their menu. Going at lunchtime is a nice option if you want to enjoy the menu but like a quieter vibe. Upstairs is great too, but know they've changed a bit. They no longer have darts or shuffleboard, so if you're looking for that, know before you go. The menu is the same upstairs it's just a little more like a bar vibe (lots of high tops, a literal bar, etc.).

Out of the four that we tried, the best one was the turnover (empanada), then the meatballs (tiny meatballs), then the fried calamari (which tasted and looked out of a frozen wholesale fried calamari bag) and last the pork medallion (not tasty at all). When the bill came, two of the tapas had the wrong price (higher than what the menu said)....I had to ask the bartender to rectify, which he did.....Poor people the ones that do not check their bills....they can easily be overcharged here....Big time.....
