With the coronavirus, I was worried that they wouldn't have the same service. Um, nope. Julia actually responded to me at 9:00 p.m. ET--omg. Who does that? Truly outstanding customer service. The store gave me a discount of $2.00 on a $417.00 purchase. I did not get 10% off on a case buy. We questioned the cashier and his response is that it would bring it below state min. Did he really analyze each wine I bought to determine this? I go to other stores and the retail is $1.00 less and I get 10% off. Not that I go there often but now I never will. They do have a good selection, but a bit overpriced.
