There's a convenient dune-water fountain at the entrance by the medium-sized parking lot. I just missed the peak bloom season of the rose garden, and part of those grounds were roped off for landscaping, but I still don't regret stopping by on my way to more touristy spots. Benches and statues are scattered throughout, particularly near water features and patches of shade. Visitors are permitted to walk on the grass of the pathless rosarium, so wear closed toe shoes as you avoid the numerous minefields of goose/duck poop. read more
