It's a beautiful place to relax and decompress (and add to your daily step count). We didn't stop in at the cafe since its menu seemed limited, but plenty of regulars seemed happy to give them business. There were fewer water fountains than another park we visited, and no bathrooms.

It is nice for running and has lots of sporting facilities. It can get very crowded, especially in summer when people are allowed to bring their own barbecue.
