It took almost…read more2 months to get my supplies, after tons of back and forth calling almost every day there was a new excuse and they kept saying they woukd "escalate" It and never did. After all that trouble, they finally sent me one month supply due to being on backorder. Fine. I called the next month to get supplies again and they tell me I need to go through the pre-authorization process all over again, which was not true after waiting for that to be started I called my insurance company and they verified that I do not need another authorization. We called the US med together and they said everything was good. Two days later, my stuff still hasn't shipped and they told me that I now owed another $135 which was never on my account but fine. I paid it. Get an email today saying that they want another $135. I've paid almost $800 in the last month and I got billed $235 from a bill back in July. How am I getting a bill for something in July??? It has been nothing but trouble and nobody cares and nobody wants to help me. I have now been without my sensors for three weeks, and I went out without them for almost 2 months from January to the end of February This is not acceptable continuity of care. This is horrible customer service. If you have a choice, I would go anywhere but here.

Before long we realized the walker was the wrong size. My mom has to bend all the way over the handlebars to use it. We go to adjust it and it's NOT adjustable. We take the walker back, explain the situation and they refused to acknowledge they gave the wrong guidance about the walker size, and it's ability to be adjusted.
