I heard Yeti was a great brand to keep the water cold for a very long time. I have been looking for a color I liked and found a nice red one here called Harvest Red. I do not think Yeti is discounted very often, so I probably just paid they typical price, but I liked their assortment. Their customer service was really good. Many people talked to me to make sure I found what I needed and they were all very friendly and personable. They do ask you to join their club. I do not buy enough for it to be worth my while but it seems like a decent deal if you do buy here often since it is one fairly small payment for life and allows you to accumulate points or get a discount. They have a small but nice shoe selection, and I like the clothing selection as well. If you are interested in a smaller, less overwhelming sporting goods shop, this is a nice one.

There were many areas that I was not able to get to. The socks, which is what I came for, are on a wall at the back of the clearance area. The floor was so covered in merchandise and the displays were so close together, that I could not get near them. The clothing aisles were all diagonal and impossible to navigate. Lastly, and most upsetting to me, my daughter and I were checking out at the same time and her cashier was really pleasant, greeted her warmly and kept up a stream of converation, but the one that waited on me was rude and barely spoke. I can't say for sure that this was due to my disability, but what else am I to think? Evidently Rei doesn't care for disabled people. Or maybe they think that people with disabilities do not need active merchandise, so they don't have to cater to them. Either way it was sad to be treated negatively just because I have to use a scooter to get around.

When I had issues with the bike these guys didn't hesitate to repair everything at no cost, including giving me a new set of cranks without me paying a dollar, and they have always been willing to put in extra effort to make sure you leave with satisfaction in your visit. With the second order, I purchased forks and two tires. Didn't receive a tracking for a few days called multiple times...I ordered on a Friday at around 12:30am...didn't hear about anything Monday or Tuesday so I decided to call. They were saying that I could receive the items the next day or Thursday at the latest. I still didn't get a tracking number by Wednesday so I called again, they said the order was delayed because they didn't have one of the tires in stock...then, I got a tracking number. The tracking number said arriving Friday...it is now Friday and I have received a package. I opened this package up and it's just the tires...WHERE ARE MY FORKS?!?! The package was delayed BECAUSE OF THE TIRE!!!! I should've received the forks FIRST! As this was a 1 of 2 package...the tracking number was not provided for the forks. I called and the guy said he'd provide the tracking number right away....two hours went by and still no tracking. I decided to call again and he was making excuses for not sending the tracking. The status still said the forks weren't even processed for shipping and I asked if he could accommodate me by replacing one of the tires with a different color because it turned out that the shade of green that this tire was was not to my liking. I was asking him to send out a different color tire with the forks and a return label so I could send him the green one back, this was a MAJOR problem for him as he was acting like I was going to rip him off. I had spent over $600 in the past two weeks as a first time customer and he wouldn't help me with the tire...that was how I was treated over a $30 part when I spent over $600. He was saying it was my fault for choosing economy shipping but I only chose that because another employee said it would make a difference even if I chose the $50 extra shipping....so they lost my potential as a frequent returning customer. I should've received the forks first because it wouldn't have been a big deal to grab a different tire. These forks are specific for my frame and were $50 less with albes but now I wish I would've just ordered from source/sparkys to spend that extra $50 for better service. June 21st is tomorrow and it was my goal to have this bike put together by then, but albes has failed me. I've spent the last month collecting all these parts separately for my complete custom bike. There's no reason for lack of communication or for an order to not even enter transit until a WHOLE week later. Source/sparkys and eBay will be my go to vendors from now on, as for albes is dead to me.

I shop at Moosejaw a couple of times per year, mostly to purchase clothing. My most recent purchase was a pair of winter gloves for my husband. I felt happy that Moosejaw carried the size XXL, unlike many competing stores. The price for the gloves was reasonable. I paid $5 for shipping, but free shipping is available for orders that are over $49. In addition, Moosejaw's rewards program gives 10% back to customers for use toward future purchases. Moosejaw shipped the gloves the next day, and the package was delivered to my home the following day--fast!

However, MJM blocked the order "Status: Authorization Code" and refuses to process it until they get a six digit code from my Cap-1. After speaking with Cap-1 three times, they're still baffled about what MJM is asking them to provide. How crazy is it that my name, address, phone#, card#, and ID we're all verified, and Cap-1authorized the charge, but the retail company to which I want to give my money is refusing to take it. This issue is ongoing as I write. If something improves, I'll remove this post, but if not then it stays up and my MJM shopping days will end.

My mother loves every sweater I have ever bought for her from here. I was warmly greeted by three or four of the staff members as soon as I walked in the door. I always am greeted every time I walk in here it seems. It feels like the Cheers of the clothing/retail shops. I feel like this place tends to be for the more rugged and out-doorsy folks, which I am not. But I always manage to find a great sweater or two in merino wool, cashmere or a mix of fabrics. I spent some time browsing around in the men's section. I ended up finding a one piece jacket/shirt hybrid. Orvis brand. One of the staff members had the same shirt and he said it was great shirt and he loved it. He said it's super versatile and warm and has a lot of added features that my stepdad would like. I was sold. Was about $170. The entire staff is an A team of helpful, patient and informative peeps. Each will go above and beyond to make your experience great here. I didn't realize I was in the store after hours. There were still four staff members that had stayed on to help me out until the end. They didn't rush me out or make me feel bad about keeping them at all. I did thank them for staying a little extra. They said they had stuff to finish up still, so staying was no biggie. I took a little extra time to try on their barbour jackets, as these require a bit more time in selecting the perfect color, style and fit for a jacket. The wax jackets are around $420. It was great since I was able to do 1-stop shop for my parents tonight. Found two cashmere sweaters for my mother and two sweater/jackets for my stepfather. Their Christmas gifts are done. I was able to find two cashmere sweaters, one cable knitted for myself, a black barbour waxed jacket and a inner vest lining for it. A successful trip and put a good dent in wallet too. I was told the Barbour jackets are great and durable and lovable for many years to come. I so love the smell of their frasier fir candles here. I buy some every year from here.
