I spent some time browsing around in the men's section. I ended up finding a one piece jacket/shirt hybrid. Orvis brand. One of the staff members had the same shirt and he said it was great shirt and he loved it. He said it's super versatile and warm and has a lot of added features that my stepdad would like. I was sold. Was about $170. The entire staff is an A team of helpful, patient and informative peeps. Each will go above and beyond to make your experience great here. I didn't realize I was in the store after hours. There were still four staff members that had stayed on to help me out until the end. They didn't rush me out or make me feel bad about keeping them at all. I did thank them for staying a little extra. They said they had stuff to finish up still, so staying was no biggie. I took a little extra time to try on their barbour jackets, as these require a bit more time in selecting the perfect color, style and fit for a jacket. The wax jackets are around $420. It was great since I was able to do 1-stop shop for my parents tonight. Found two cashmere sweaters for my mother and two sweater/jackets for my stepfather. Their Christmas gifts are done. I was able to find two cashmere sweaters, one cable knitted for myself, a black barbour waxed jacket and a inner vest lining for it. A successful trip and put a good dent in wallet too. I was told the Barbour jackets are great and durable and lovable for many years to come. I so love the smell of their frasier fir candles here. I buy some every year from here.

It's long enough to have fun with an ar-15 for a while…read more I think most gun ranges get pretty rough reviews because there's a bit of misunderstanding from what first time customer expects when coming to a range to shoot. For example, there are poor reviews on yelp for this place because customers didn't realize they'd need to purchase ammo in order to shoot. Ammo isn't free, it never will be free, and if you rent range time anywhere you're bringing your own ammo or paying for it at the range. Thats a bad reason to leave a poor review. Renting range time also doesn't include free lessons to use a firearm. I think that's also another misconception people have when going to a range and renting a firearm - which leads to false poor reviews IMO. If you are looking for a long indoor range to fire your rifle, this place is great. I wish it was 100yards, but 50 yards is still the longest we've got in metro detroit. Ive been here twice and would definitely go back. It's cheap. The targets are free. The range is no frills. No fancy technology. It certainly gets the job done - especially in the area. But don't walk in expecting free ammo or free lessons.

There were many areas that I was not able to get to. The socks, which is what I came for, are on a wall at the back of the clearance area. The floor was so covered in merchandise and the displays were so close together, that I could not get near them. The clothing aisles were all diagonal and impossible to navigate. Lastly, and most upsetting to me, my daughter and I were checking out at the same time and her cashier was really pleasant, greeted her warmly and kept up a stream of converation, but the one that waited on me was rude and barely spoke. I can't say for sure that this was due to my disability, but what else am I to think? Evidently Rei doesn't care for disabled people. Or maybe they think that people with disabilities do not need active merchandise, so they don't have to cater to them. Either way it was sad to be treated negatively just because I have to use a scooter to get around.
