( they do work on other trailers). Steve was the expert trailer-backer-upper in a crowded parking lot. Smutty was our amazing mechanic who put it back together BETTER THAN IT WAS BEFORE! Ashley found the right guys tho get it done, and Brandon found the parts and even was able to find a coupon that made the price $ 200.00 less than we were originally told. My experience: I had a 2023 Tacoma that I was in contact with Kevin about. I called to make sure the truck was a manual . He said it was and that he personally saw it. Kevin called back and left a vmail that is was a typo and it is an automatic. I called back and he said I could leave a deposit for the truck assuming they would honor the online price (32,985). Kevin said "Yes, we have to honor our online price and advised it would be higher $34k out the door. He said he would call back for the FaceTime required before the deposit. Kevin called back and said he was sorry but his manger Tim Lang took a deposit for it already. He was not able tot give a clear answer on a few things, but would reach out if it changed and said he was sorry as he "could hear the disappointment in my voice". Later that night the listing changed to 42,990. Had my friend call the next and see if it was available. Barbra advised my friend it was available and has had no deposits on it. They even sent him a video of the truck. If the price was wrong and needed to be adjusted, I get that. However, advising a customer that you will honor a price, then having a deposit taken be the reason it falls through, and going up on the price moments later, appears to be bad faith practices. I did reach out to the sales manager, Tim and the owner, Bill but have had no response.

I'm a 18 year old girl I was really looking for as new as I could get with the less miles the better, I was really not expecting to find one. But this dealer had a 2019 Honda accord sport in AMAZING condition to be a salvaged/ rebuilt title car, only 60,000 miles on it. They were 100% honest about the history of the car and showed us pictures of the accident it was in, offered history of the work that was done to rebuild it and everything. When we went to get the car they let us test drive it and even offered for us to take it to a mechanic, We bought the car the same day because I fell in love with it. After about a week or 2 of driving it the airbag light same on, I contacted them and they told me to bring it up there. They kept the car and fixed the airbag wires that were ineffective, AND they pointed out that I had a small slow oil leak that they said there mechanic didn't catch before it would've been about a $1000+ job for a fix and labor for a mechanic to fix and they fixed it for free!! They even drove to Greensboro to get the part, AMAZING service. They filled the car up and while it was in the shop for about a week they gave me a really nice Subaru that was wonderful. I have never met another dealership that points out something that's wrong with the car knowing I didn't know about it and paid to fix it, gave me a rental car and filled my car up before they got it back to me. When I need another car in 6 years I know where I'll be going! Would recommend to anyone in need of a good reliable vehicle sold to them by someone who isn't being sneaky and is loyal to there costumers even after the sale is made.

With less than 100,000 miles, she ran into a manufacturing flaw that impacted some of the Focuses from that year. After getting opinions and estimates from other trusted local mechanics, we brought her Focus to county Ford. Their service department head, Richie was very patient with our many questions and our obvious frustration, after being without a family vehicle for some time. Richie was careful to explain the details of the problem to us in layman's terms and really bent over backwards for us to resolve the issue. We were astounded at the level of personal care given to us to understand our situation and to make it right. I wish more large companies would make individual care for their customers a priority like County Ford did. Thank you!

Called them immediately upon them opening Monday and asked to bring the vehicle in and took it the same week on Thursday, 5 days after the vehicle was purchsed due to having to take off work to make the two hour drive back to county ford. They advised we would have a $250 deductible (we paid $3500 for an extended warranty that covered everything but the suspension) and then advised that we would have to take it to Kia after we got there, after we drove 2 hours from our home back to the dealership. Needless to say, they didn't do anything to help alleviate the problem nor did they attempt to help fix the problem. After taking it to Joey Griffin Kia in Rocky Mount (Btw they are very helpful) We found that the amp was blown in the vehicle. Attempts have been made to fix this issue, but it has not been fixed yet. County Ford should be more thorough in their endeavors to stock customized vehicles. Previous owner of the vehicle had drilled holes into the amp and possibly the wiring harness. Costs associated with this on top of the cost of the vehicle are roughly as follows: Replacement amp $1900 plus labor Diagnostics $340+ Wiring Harness $1300 plus labor Sooo, I guess yay us for getting screwed on the vehicle we bought.
