I rented the unit 2 years ago. Started out at about $90 a month. Two years later they now have increased it to $157 a month. But when you go to your website they still state that the monthly rent for a 5x10 unit is $80 to $90 a month. When I called to ask why it jumped so much, she said that the fee I see is just an introductory price. But can't find that on their website. All I know is that in two years the rate has almost doubled. Absolutely unreal. Leaving this place is my next move. Already gave my notice. read more

I rented a 10x20 storage unit in late september and they prorated me for the month, itried to get my stuff out beore the end of the month but i was unable to get it out until the 6th of october, i called them to close the storage unit down, I was thinking they would pro rate me to the 6th and i would be done, they informed me i needed to provide 30 written notice and i would have to pay or the entire month, so I emailed my notice to them thinking okay i have the storage unit till the end of the month, but the sent me a bill for like 400.00 dollars for the month rental, and on top of that they had rented out my stoarge locker before the end of october which they were trying to charge me double for, so to whomever rented out stoarage # 1047 in late october 2023, i hope they dont do the same thing to you read more
