Not only do they have nearly everything that every other store has, but also variations and often cheaper. Shopping for tile can be overwhelming. I normally don't like working with sales people since I know what I want - but that was until I met Yasser at Superior Tile. Immediately Yasser knew what I was going for and started to show me appropriate options. He has a deep understanding of what the store offers and showed me options that fit my style. Because he's a designer (and brilliant artist!) too, he was able to make a daunting shopping trip into a quick decision trip. If you're going to Superior Tile, I highly recommend working with Yasser - I have no doubt his colleagues are good too - but I continue to have a great experience with Yasser from shopping to communications to delivery to follow up. He's fantastic! And finally, tile stores often give me a headache, too disorganized and overwhelming with too many options. Their policy says we can make a return subject to a 30% stocking fee. I was willing to pay the re-stocking fee of 30%. At longest we are able to return it before 30 days. The slabs were purchased approximately 2 weeks ago. I had plenty of time to return the slab and pay the fee. Jorge chose not to help me and seems like he did not care. I was NOT able to return the slab. They will loose me and any of my clients for future business. The only reason I have them 2 stars is because they do have beautiful material.
