So I get a message stating that a refund is on the way......NOTHING! Ordered a windshield sun shade that was specifically advertised to fit a 2023 Corvette C8. The shade did not fit and would not stay up. I contacted West Coast (Ken Chan) by email and Ken responded that it should fit. When I told him that my visors would not hold the shade and sent pictures, he told me that I could return it for a credit against another shade that would work that cost 3 times as much and that I would have to pay the shipping for return. I told him I was surprised that I had to pay the cost of shipping to return an item which they which said would fit and did not. At this point its's not worth the time, money or effort to return it and I will look for another company to deal with for stuff for my new C8. read more

I am overall satisfied with this business and I will drive out of my way just to service my vehicle here. WCC deserves better ratings on yelp. Prices are competitive. They may not be the cheapest place around but you get what you pay for! I have ordered parts and/or had service performed to my vehicle and every time they are very straight forward and honest. Brandon (sales manager I believe) is very knowledgeable and he has been spot on every time when making any recommendations. The one and only thing I dislike about WCC is they will not sell or install parts that do not comply with California emissions regulations. Ordered Baer Eradispeed Rotors and braided steel brake lines from WCC. I received the Steel Lines on 11/30 from USPS with a tracking # 1234 (exp). The Rotors hadn't been shipped so no tracking was assigned just yet. I received the Braided Steel lines on 11/30. Today I looked up my order and WCC showed the Rotors with the same USPS tracking # 1234 and that it had been delivered (it was not delivered yet). I opened a Claims ticket with USPS, then went down to USPS main Post Office to find my second half of the order. USPS said, only ONE package with that tracking order was del. I called WCC and Brandon answered, he helped me identify the error in their data system and gave me the FEDEX tracking number to be del. Sat. 12/3. Paula called when I got home and followed up on my email to WCC, talk about great customer service, two people not one doing their best to resolve my issue. So I'm just posting a follow-up to my last review of West Coast Corvettes, obviously my 1st time doing business with them didn't really go as I expected, but in all fairness... when you write a review for something that went wrong, you should also write another one for how they handled the situation. Brandon, a manager at West Coast Corvettes reached out to me shortly after the 1st review, left a voice message to call him back so we could talk about the order. I called back, spoke to him about what had happened, he was extremely apologetic for what had happened, he explained that he had no idea this was going on, and the moment it was brought to his attention he started working on a way to resolve it (which is true). I understand things don't always go as planned, specially when it comes to business... there can and will be issues no matter how well you plan. We spoke for a bit, I explained to him that I didn't want to be unreasonable, I'm not looking to be a headache and I'm just looking to get what I paid for. He agreed, told me that was I wasn't being unreasonable in the least, apologized again and said this should have never happened in the 1st place. I feel he went out of his way to make this right, we came to an agreement, he's shipping out 1 of the missing (back order) parts and the order will be complete. I want to point out the fact that a lot of this is due to GM having certain parts on "national back order" status with no E.T.A on production run time... or even if production will resume on certain parts? GM needs to make up their mind either way, a lot of people are hanging in the wind needlessly. I was selling a 1966 Corvette convertible, because it was collecting more dust than miles, and I called WCC to see what they could do. After a short exchange with Chris Parker of some details and photos, I drove it to their dealership. A short 30 minutes later, they had the keys and my car. Nice and painless, which is not something I get to say about car dealerships. The owner even drove me to a restaurant in Irvine where I was meeting some other folks for dinner. Several months later, Chris lets me know they have a buyer. A couple weeks after that, the car is sold, and I have my check. All in all, about the best car selling experience I have every had, and selling vintage vehicles is much harder than selling a new car, so I am a happy customer. I'm glad I came to WCC. read more

Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of those sun visor warning sticker cover-up decals. The product picture very clearly showed a course textured fabric pattern (which is what I need). What I received was nothing like it, it was a smooth soft suede. Mistakes happen, I'm not disappointed yet. I contact them, I thanked them for the fast shipping, I said I received the wrong product but I'd still like the correct product, how can I exchange? They very coldly and unprofessionally wrote back and simply said "Return it". No apology for sending the wrong product, no apology for the inconvenience, no answer to my exchange question. I even gave them one last chance before leaving a bad review by letting them know they were not very courteous in their reply and they did not answer my exchange question. Nothing. So, here is my 1 star review for product and customer service. I did get my refund at least. read more

We were in the market for a high end motorhome and had done extensive searching until me visited West Coast Corvette and met Craig. Craig showed us his great inventory of high end coaches and was very easy to work with. He did a quick walk around the coach we were interested in and then left us alone so that we could more closely explore and inspect the coach without a high pressure salesman hanging over us. We spent well over an hour by ourselves looking at the coach. Then, we went and talked to Craig and talked price. He was very easy to talk to and listened while we addressed a couple of cosmetic type concerns we had about the coach. He immediately agreed to address all of our concerns and we shook hands. Imagine shaking hands with a salesman and feeling confident that everything that you had both agreed to would be addressed before we came back to complete the deal.
