I don't really know where to start. We have been coming here since my daughter turned 6, she is now 9. They have 2 locations (Plantation & Weston). They also have Saturday hours and late evening hours which makes it super convenient for those of us working parents. The one thing that has always been great for us is when my daughter is sick, they have always been quick to fit her in. The office staff is always friendly and quick to call back when we leave a message. We have seen all of the MDs and have not been unhappy with any of them. They all work together to provide amazing pediatric healthcare. In addition to taking care of my daughter's health, they recently pierced her ears. This was done by Dr. Morrison. He was very meticulous in measuring and making sure all was even. All in all, we are happy to have found this team of doctors and nurses to be part of our daughter's village. read more

As a first time dad coming to west Broward Pediatrics was a godsend. Dr. Morrison and his team give unparalleled care to our son. The nurses are so sweet and have great bedside manner. Dr. Morrison explains every procedure with much depth and knowledge, if we have questions, answers without making you feel uncomfortable and gives you the tools you need to make informed decisions. My wife and I are very grateful for the entire team here. read more

I continue to have an excellent experience here. I've been bringing my kids here for years and have yet to run into any problems. The staff is well organized, caring and the providers are very knowledgeable. They offer quality and affordable care. Thank you guys read more

West Broward Pediatrics has two convenient locations, in Plantation and Weston. They are very accommodating when you call to make an urgent appointment. Nancy (at the front desk) is very friendly and welcoming. Brenda, Dr. Mizrachi, Dr. Morrison, and Dr. Tafeen have been taking care of our family for almost nine years. I highly recommend this practice. I only wish they were open on Sundays. read more

This office has gone downhill. We honestly only stay for NP Kelly and we hope she never leaves. Nancy and Denise are RUDE. It's very difficult to get through on the phone. The nurses even seem frustrated and overwhelmed. I've tried to voice some concerns however the office manager always seems unavailable. read more

I highly recommend West Broward Pediatrics. They have two locations, Plantation and Weston, evening and weekend hours. I have never had a scheduling issues, I have had to reschedule several times at the last minute. Kelly Stars is the best of the best. We have also seen Dr Morrison and Dr Saland, everyone in that practice is top-notch from the front desk to the MAs to the physicians. read more

Good luck trying to get through to them on the phone or in getting a prompt return call.

We drive from Fort Lauderdale to see Kelly and Dr. Morrison. My son was very ill earlier this year and they were in constant communication walking me through a treatment plan. Professional, kind and fantastic doctors. Happy to make the drive for great doctors. read more

I absolutely love this doctor. My children went to Dr. Budowski in Holloywood, who was amazing, but the wait and his staff were less than pleasant. We switched probably 5/6 years ago to West Broward and I could't be more pleased. I I couldn't tell you who our "Dr" is, because years ago, we settled for a quicker appointment with Brenda Austin, who at the time was the nurse practitioner, I believe. Well, she is top notch, and I don't know if she is a Dr. nowadays or not, but I wouldn't want anyone else seeing my kids. She has the best personality and is ever so kind and wonderful with my kids. The staff is ever so pleasant, the office and waiting room are clean and clutterfree and the wait time is non-existent to minimal most visits. Nancy is our favorite staff member, she has seen my kids grow up and always has the sweetest things to say to/about my children. Check this office out, you will be happy! read more

I have been going here since my daughter was born. She is almost 4. I found my pediatrician Dr Mizrachy on the news this morning arrested on child pornography charges. The practice did not let me know that he was let go, let alone for what. This man had access to my child and they did not bother to inform parents of this. I have called twice today attempting to get my daughters records and have not received a call back and was told a manager would call me back to discuss this situation further and I have yet to receive a call. Find somewhere else. read more

I took my niece yesterday to west broward pediatrics, she was vomiting, had fever and a sharp stomach pain. Dr Mizrachi saw her. They did a urine test and he check her and just like that diagnose her with stomach bug, I asked him about a blood test for white cell count to make sure it wasn't something else, he said that they didn't do it at his office and proceed to send us home with a prescription for zofran to stop vomiting. Well my niece continue with sharp pain and fever, my sister took her to the ER and they admitted her with appendicitis. If they would have done a cbc test or a more extensive exam my 10 years old niece would have not suffered all day and night of excruciating pain. This Is the first time I see a pediatric office so careless and unsympathetic with children. The nurse, front desk and doctors are not good! Not a warming place to bring your kids. read more

I was a patient of Dr. Morrison and now my baby girl is a patient. Dr. Morrison is smart, listens to my concerns and has amazing bedside manner. Dr. Morrison is the best doctor hands down and I know my daughter is in good hands. read more

My child was a patient here about 5 years ago and we moved away and came back and wanted to see Dr. Mizrachy again. I wasn't totally shocked to find out that they only keep records in their office for a couple of years but I was very shocked to learn how they treat patients either returning or new. I called to schedule an appt for my child after I went into the office and filled out all their forms including a records release form for the previous doctor. I was told to call when I needed to schedule an appt. Fast forward to now when I have just gotten off the phone with the receptionist and the office manager. They point blank refused to schedule an appt for my child because they have not received medical records from his previous doctor. It didn't matter to them that my child was in need or that he had been a patient in the past. I have never in my life dealt with this type of situation before and I work in a doctors office for a living. I didn't even think it was legal to do this. I am just thankful that what my child needs isn't completely urgent. Needless to say, we are going some place else. read more

I've been bringing my 3 children here for 4 years (military family). They are simply the best. Kelly, Brenda, and the Drs are fantastic! I highly recommend them. read more

My son was a 32 week preemie and I've been taking him to this practice since he first came home from the nicu. The staff are kind, courteous, knowledgeable and I wouldn't dream of taking my son anywhere else. Dr. Morrison and Dr. Mizrachy are great! read more

I'm very happy with the pediatricians in this office. My children have been patients there since birth (8 and 6 years). We've seen each of the doctors and Brenda the ARNP. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a ped. read more

This practice is amazing!! They are kind, caring, and think about my child and my needs. They are willing to talk through decisions and value my opinion. We will be with them a long time. read more

We have been seeing the doctors at West Broward Pediatrics since my son was born almost 6 years ago. They are wonderful and really know their stuff. They are "in the middle" as far as not being too extremist but also not being too lax with health recommendations for my kids. The staff here are great and they always manage to get us in if my kids are sick, on the same day I call. I truly feel that the staff from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors care very much about my children. The best part is that the practice is big enough to have a doctor available always for my children, but not so large that it feels impersonal or you see a new doctor every time. read more

West Broward Pediatrics is the best run office and staff I've seen. We went on a neighbor's recommendation (after waiting at a prior Ped office that was a circus). Very happy with WBP for over two years now. They have a full schedule, with multiple doctors available, so it's really impressive how super organized and friendly they are. Even called their Nurse Help Line on a Sunday and they were always calm and helpful. WOW! Rare! (So if you can find a better office go) read more

I would give them zero stars if I could! Had been taking my son here since he was born. Our last visit has left me with nothing nice to say about this office. It started with them giving me a hard time as I walked into the office with my son in terrible pain with a DISLOCATED ELBOW. With him CRYING in PAIN, they told me I should have waited for them to return my phone call, and I was LUCKY one of the doctor's had an opening. (lucky??? are you serious??) Talk about being made to feel unimportant and like a number! Then the elbow was not put back in correctly. My son was in pain all day! Later that afternoon, his elbow was put back properly by someone other then a physician at this office. I requested my fee for the office visit be refunded since nothing was done. After a few conversations with different staff members, it was denied! Such horrendous business practices from a place we trust to take care of our children! Sad and scary that keeping the money was more important to them then their reputation or doing the right thing! Shame on you! read more

This is the kind of scenario you could encounter at this place : nurse walks in to give a vaccine; fails to wash her hands, fails to put gloves on, nurse Is asked a question and the answer she gives is "because that's the way it is" . when asked again she replies " would you like to talk to the doctor?" -sure. Wait wait wait , another nurse comes with the vaccine in hand, drops it on the floor, picks it up goes in the room snd prepares to give the floor contaminated shot to infant. Once again parent asks for the physician. Doctor finally shows up, stays at entrance of the room not even going in and states we give vaccines in the thigh never in the glutes still without providing an answer. Then suggests parent speaks to the office mgr when parent states what has transpired. Wait wait wait, parent goes to the front desk and asks Is the office mgr here today? Answer- No. And still they want to charge for the vaccine they dropped on the floor. Result: Patient and parent walk out. These people not only lack manners, they also place young patients at risk and. Have a complete lack of concern for pts and total lack of service recovery techniques. No responsibility to patients and clueless about aseptic techniques or what providing quality care is like. read more
