Good luck trying to get through to them on the phone or in getting a prompt return call.

After discovering functional medicine several years ago, I've always hoped to find a primary care…read moredoctor who truly integrates that preventive, holistic approach. I'm really glad I finally found that with Dr. Singh. This is the first time I've had a primary doctor who focuses on prevention and takes a comprehensive view of all aspects of my health. She genuinely takes the time to get to know me as a person and as a patient, rather than just a yearly visit. She dedicates as much time as needed--often scheduling multiple appointments to make sure everything is thoroughly covered--and she's always accessible for ongoing questions and support. Everyone in the office is kind, efficient, and very helpful. I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Singh and her team, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized, and prevention-focused care. I look forward to continuing my care with Aspire Health.

Once I went to a real functional medicine Dr they discovered what the cause of all of my health issues was in one visit. I really enjoyed seeing Dr Singh, unfortunately she prescribed me a new medication at every visit. Prozac, Wellbutrin, adderall, Xanax, etc. A functional medicine Dr does not polydrug their patient to mask their symptoms. Then came my 4 year long journey of withdrawal due to Dr Singh abruptly taking me off all the antidepressants she had me on. She has done this to 2 other people that I know personally, and they have suffered equally as much as me as a result. When I realized that I was in withdrawal, her only response to me was "want me to send you another prescription for Prozac?" I stayed off all the meds and finally made out of the withdrawal hell, battled severe withdrawal symptoms including depression, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and horrific akathisia just to share a few and I now feel strong and amazing and I am returning to warn others and perhaps educate the Dr herself of the damages that overprescribing can cause. I think Dr Singh has good intentions and I really loved the aspire health model. I suffered so much from the effects of her negligence that I would feel terrible not speaking out.

Not what advertised on website: " We use antibiotics when necessary, conservative measures often,…read moreare proponents of early intervention for education and therapies as indicated, and support vaccination in the best interest of your child's health." This sounds like a preventative, holistic approach to healthcare- only using antibiotics when necessary AND support vaccination in the best interest of YOUR child's health. This needs to be reworded. They are not holistic, but rather trying to capitalize on the "trendiness" of the appearance of being conservative with antibotics. AND the vaccination policy is not in the best interest of YOUR child or individualized but rather they apply the old CDC guidelines with no exceptions. No flexibility in timeline or selection of vaccinations. Very disappointed in how they presented themselves on their website and when you google search "holistic" pediatricians they are at the top of the search. meaning, they probably paid for the search engine optimization to pull them when searching for holistic.

From the very beginning of my daughter's journey, Dr. Bayer has been a steady, compassionate, and proactive presence in our lives. She takes every concern seriously and acts swiftly and because of her and her staff's competency, attentiveness and persistence, we were guided down the path that led to an early diagnosis, a fighting chance, and ultimately a healing. This office, being the first point of contact in my daughter's diagnosis helped save my daughter's life! Dr. Bayer didn't just care for my daughter, she cared for our entire family. She checked on us even when it wasn't required. Dr. Bayer and the staff that she leads encouraged us, prayed for us, and celebrated each milestone right alongside us. When the weight of the world was on our shoulders, they helped carry it. Her medical wisdom is undeniable, but what sets her apart is her heart. She truly treats her patients like they are her own. Palm Peds doesn't just care for you during clinic hours, as my daughter rang the bell after completing treatment, Palm Peds were standing alongside us in support both in person and virtually (for those who had to stay in office). This gesture showed that my daughter wasn't just "a patient", She was a child that they believed in, prayed for, and celebrated. We know without a doubt that God used Dr. Bayer to help guide us through this journey, a true angle indeed. We are eternally grateful for her and her staff's role in our daughter's healing and our family's strength. If you are looking for a pediatrician who will go above and beyond and who will fight for your child like you would, look no further, This is the one! Dr. Bayer is that DOCTOR! Thank you Palm Peds for standing beside us in the fight and in the victory. Honorable Mention: Count yourself blessed if you ever have the pleasure of working with Mrs. Mickah. She goes above and beyond not just in care but also in presence. She Loves your kids like her own and was also a true light in our journey. #medicalAngels

I talk to her about what I feel may be happening and what I've already done and she listens (I'm a provider as well). Doesn't shame me but instead reassures me and treats my child accordingly with the latest recommendations from the AAP. On sick visits we have had to wait a bit more than well visits, but the staff will even call you if you need to step outside to walk around with your child etc.. I personally prefer to stick to my child's main provider or Dr. Garter who is also very good and does a thorough exam as well. To come across a good nursing staff that works as a team is difficult. Some of the nurses like Christie has been with my child since he was born. My child has even accidentally peed on a nurse before and never did she give us a look. As embarrassed as I was she shrugged it off and continued to take the initial assessment.

Just no excuse for a 9 AM appointment to be an hour and a half behind schedule. I was at the appointment and was surprised at the lack of respect shown to the patient. The nurse practitioner who handled the appointment lost patient confidence in the first two minutes by requiring the patient to respond "yes" instead of "yeah." Practitioner handed him a tissue without any explanation of what was needed, when all she had to say was "please spit out your gum. " Information which the patient came to the meeting prepared to share was not discussed because his attempt to bring up the subject was dismissed out of hand. The style of the nurse practitioner definitely impacted patient care. The situation is even more distressing because the original appointment was canceled by the office and, unlike the initial appointment which was with his established primary care physician, was shunted off to a stranger. It was an unfeeling, robotic "caregiver" experience. With a teenager just beginning to take charge of his healthcare decisions and communication, this was a badly handled mess. As a result of the communication style of the practitioner, patient was not even interested in making an appointment for the routine bloodwork.
