I cannot recommend Rub Pediatrics enough! They're extremely responsive, knowledgeable, available…read moreand attentive. Their diagnosis is always spot on, and they are very methodical in their steps to rule out anything that could lead to a mis-diagnosis. They know me and my children by name and remember their full history, which is extremely comforting. I've been to too many places where you are just another number. My youngest son gets sick often and I've had to come in several times without an appointment, I've even had to call the doctor at midnight, and I always get an immediate response. One day I had to rush my son to the ER for stitches and Dr. Rub called ahead of time to ensure that we would be seen immediately. There is no one better than Dr. Beny, Dr. Jose Marc and their team.

Dr. Gill is honestly the best attending physician I have ever encountered. As a medical student, I…read moreencounter many many doctors who pass through my career. I've met a few pretty good instructors, some with great bedside manner, some with great professionalism, some with great patient interaction, and some that treat students well. I had yet to meet one who embodied all 5 of those traits. Every patient lit up as soon as he came into the door. Even a sick child could crack a smile even if that meant a shot or uncomfortable procedure was about to occur. He could make any kid laugh, asking "What's the fuss, Gus?" and calling all little guys "bros". He made cute faces and jokes at the right time. 30 years of experience has made him a true master. Parents love his bedside manner, advice, and his patience. Most importantly, he is a great teacher to medical students. He was the first attending to call me doctor in front of patients and truly instilled me in interest in pediatrics. I recommend him as a pediatrician, mentor, and advisee to any parent and child. After spending 1 week of pediatrics rotation with him, I really hope to be like him someday. He is excellent and his fund of knowledge is wondrous. He is definitely no "Doc in the Box"

Every time we visit her office we are greeted by caring staff members that take the time to make you feel welcomed and like family. We never feel rushed. She takes her time to examine our daughter and explains to us everything along the way. She keeps up to date on all medical journals and provides her profesional insight. And most importantly, our daughter loves her. She now walks in with her own doctors play set and examines Dr. Suarez. We highly recommend this family practice. There's nothing more reassuring than your doctor knowing your child's history instead of a different doctor every visit.

Here to express my deep disappointment with the ongoing care my child has received at your office…read more Unfortunately, I have experienced several concerning issues that I can no longer ignore. Dr. Suarez has demonstrated poor bedside manner, and both the doctor and the nurse practitioner have appeared distracted and disengaged during multiple visits, more judgmental This has not been a one-time occurrence it has happened often enough that I feel the quality of care is unacceptable. When I call to provide updates, I am often told the doctor is unavailable, and important information I provide is not communicated to the physician. This has created confusion and gives the impression that I, as a parent, am not following through which is simply not true. It's also concerning that the doctor is frequently unavailable or on vacation, contributing to a pattern of inconsistent care. Today was the final straw. I brought my 10 year old daughter in for a physical, to discuss updates on her medication, and to have an evaluation form completed so we could move forward with her care. At no point did I request a medication refill. However, I received a call afterward where the doctor was condescending, dismissive, and twisted the purpose of the appointment entirely. The nurse practitioner also misrepresented the visit in a way that made me feel unheard and mischaracterized. The communication from this office and in between the dr and nurse has been poor, and I no longer feel confident that my child's health needs are being met in a respectful, professional manner. As a parent, it is upsetting to feel ignored, cut off, or misrepresented especially when I am trying to advocate for my child.

They were very smart in doing this, my son was busy playing while I was filling out the medical paperwork we all love. The ladies are the front were very friendly and our wait wasn't very long to see Dr Carrion. Not what advertised on website: " We use antibiotics when necessary, conservative measures often,…read moreare proponents of early intervention for education and therapies as indicated, and support vaccination in the best interest of your child's health." This sounds like a preventative, holistic approach to healthcare- only using antibiotics when necessary AND support vaccination in the best interest of YOUR child's health. This needs to be reworded. They are not holistic, but rather trying to capitalize on the "trendiness" of the appearance of being conservative with antibotics. AND the vaccination policy is not in the best interest of YOUR child or individualized but rather they apply the old CDC guidelines with no exceptions. No flexibility in timeline or selection of vaccinations. Very disappointed in how they presented themselves on their website and when you google search "holistic" pediatricians they are at the top of the search. meaning, they probably paid for the search engine optimization to pull them when searching for holistic.
