We have multiple ways to make payments-NO excuse. They had a bad phone # and I think a bad address as well so we couldn't contact. There are steps we HAVE to take before auctioning a unit,including mailing a letter to both primary and contacts. It is also advertised in the Record Eagle and if possible we call-multiple times to try and contact them. As far as the ashes are concerned. We had NO idea ashes were in this unit. I called the person who bought the unit per her request and they claimed they didn't find any. People know they have a unit and have monthly payment and yet never call or make a payment. We do TRY to work with people if possible,but we can't if we don't know what is going on. Medical issues,out of work,Covid etc. Office Manager 7-18-21
