The next U-haul rental company we went to in Traverse City had no problem with the hook up for the exact same trailer. There was no apology offered for the long wait, and her refusal to hook up the vehicle seemed deliberate and unprofessional. This has forced us to drive an extra 50 miles round trip out of our way, and wasted hours of our time.
