He really listened to the type of haircut I was looking for. He analyzed photos of what I liked and didn't like about my previous haircuts. He thoroughly explained in detail, the way he was going to cut my hair and the result I could expect. While he was doing my hair, I recognized the cutting methods that my former stylist in New York City used, to achieve similar results.
