I called to attempt to resolve the situation and the first person I spoke with said I would not be charged but he couldn't actually resolve it so I needed to call back later. Called later and the woman I spoke to refused to allow me to speak with a manager and only told me that the owner is very strict on this and so she would be immediately charging my card for missing the appointment. I asked 3 times to speak with a manager and she refused to allow me to speak with anyone else and didn't even listen to my explanation of what had occurred. Horrible customer service.

Wish I could transport Ralph to where we are! He did a fantastic cut for my husband who said it was probably the best cut he's ever had. We have a hard time finding places that do really great men's scissor cuts. Ralph took his time, the place was relatively clean (located inside West and Kennedy's barbershop), and he was so precise. Really friendly and they didn't have a problem with me waiting inside (it wasn't super busy). I would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back when visiting if possible.

He is truly a Master Barber and I have already booked my next visit. I have specific needs about my hair, beard, and mustache and Ralph took his time to make sure I was happy and approving during the process. Others ask you a few questions then show you the finished work, good or bad you are stuck with it. Nice guy and expert at his craft. I also get my nails done which is a first for me and the place just provides a comfortable atmosphere that I feel normal doing it as a guy.
