I didn't want hot towel, shampoo products or anything. I tried explaining to Trevor I just wanted Pedro to hit my sides with a buzzer to make the haircut look complete. He didn't care, said "that's not the way we do things around here." I get that Trevor has a job to do, but man you don't have to be so abrasive. Also I'm not spending an extra 50.00 for a 2 min pass with a buzzer. I have been looking for new barbers and could have been an awesome return customer, but b/c of Trevor I'm not coming back. Wish I could transport Ralph to where we are! He did a fantastic cut for my husband who said it was probably the best cut he's ever had. We have a hard time finding places that do really great men's scissor cuts. Ralph took his time, the place was relatively clean (located inside West and Kennedy's barbershop), and he was so precise. Really friendly and they didn't have a problem with me waiting inside (it wasn't super busy). I would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back when visiting if possible.

It's become a huge challenge that requires me to fix it myself or return to the shop. This is why I've only been to a handful of people throughout my life, switching stylists only if they retire or move. He cut to the length I wanted while also making sure the form worked with the lay of my hair and shape of my head.
