I made the mistake of going cheap for…read morethe vast majority of my life on haircuts, but was constantly disappointed w what some old lady would do to my hair. I tried Sports Clips which was slightly better.. but no where near a real barber shop like Coleman's. The first thing I noticed was that they take their time cutting your hair. They seem to be perfectionists, which is what you're looking for if you care about your appearance at all. No more going home and "fixing" what the barber missed. Coleman's fixes others' mistakes. There is a Floyds opening up nearby and I'm not remotely interested in trying them. The atmosphere is very chill, often w some smooth jams in the background. Everyone there is having a good time. Do yourself a favor and bring in a pic of what you want, whatever it is, they can handle it. I usually go very simple but they could etch a unicorn in your head if you wanted. Shout out to Omar, Bobby, and Kendall who have all done an amazing job every time. $20 for a cut, seems like a steal given the quality. Check out my pics for the perfect fade, 1.5 at shortest.

I drive past this business at least twice a day through the week and of course I have never gone in…read morebecause I'm a woman. But a male co-worker came to town and needed a haircut, so I went and picked him up and drove him to Classic Man Cuts. Let me tell you, I was a little jealous, but we need to give men nice things too. So I should have thought to call and make an appointment, but when you watch tv shows, guys just always wander into a barber shop. It worked out great because we happened to catch a barber who was leaving for the day. I think he clocked my co-worker's furry face and head and came back. One fun thing while we were there is I got to play with a dog named Silas (chocolate lab), who belongs to a regular customer. I can't tell you how much I love seeing sweet dogs that the owners let me pet them when I'm in a business. If there are bodega cats, there should be business dogs. Anyway, I thought a barbershop was a sit down in the chair and get a cut and go about 10 min later. Nope! Not this place! There were hot towels involved on my co-worker's face before a shave (he said that shave was the best - he said he get ingrown hairs when he shaved, making his whole face sound like a bikini line), and there was a massage right around the neck and shoulders using hand massagers. As we left, my co-worker sounded like he's going to come back to Orlando just to go to this place. That's really saying something. And his hair looked incredible. Wish I had gotten the names of the barbers in the shop; all I can tell you is both of them have the front two stations as you walk in, and the barber that worked on my co-worker was in the station on the left when you walk in (but I could also see the great work the barber in the other station was doing). It's a very chill place, with a nice seating area. Very clean (I watched everything the barber on the right did to clean his station between customers and I was impressed). It's nice and well lit inside, and it's 100% an experience and not just a great cut. Ladies, send your men here and then go to a spa for a facial; you men will 100% understand and support your spa visit.
