During the haircut, a hair wash was added, but at no point was I informed that it would result in additional charges. Customers should be told about any extra costs before services are performed. On top of that, the haircut took longer than necessary because the barber repeatedly stepped away to the back for a couple of minutes at a time multiple times during the appointment. It made the experience feel unprofessional and interrupted the flow of the haircut. The haircut itself was okay, but the lack of communication regarding pricing and the repeated breaks left me feeling dissatisfied.
