I have been here four times. The first appointment, they had us sit almost two hours only to make…read moreus leave and come back the next day. The second and third time we were seen but way after our appointment time. This last time, again we waited to have them tell us we needed to reschedule again. Sumter County School do not allow DR notes to excuse kids from school, if they miss too many days they will fail them out of school regardless of their grades. All the DR notes do is keep the kids from being declared truant. There are only so many days I can take my kids out of school. 1 of the 3 days from start of school until next semester was wasted yesterday and we were not even seen. Also, there are only so many days I can take off work and keep my job. It's the whole reason we make appointments. The two times we were seen, I was made to sit back against the wall and not once did the DR or Nurse come talk to me about my kids teeth or see if I had any questions. Just sent us back to reception for them to hand me a bill for my co-pay. I was prepared to start dropping a crap ton of money on one of kids needing braces and a lot of dental work. Reception is rude, this whole office is the most unprofessional dentist office I've ever encountered. There is no way they should be allow to file my insurance claiming they did an full exam.
