If I could give zero stars I would…read more This place is a Orthodontist sweat shop. The facility sold me the dream to fix my smile for $8000. I chose to do Invisalign on my uppers and traditional on my lower. They charged me FULL price for upper and Lowers Invisalign and pretty much pocketed $2K that I didn't even get for services for from that company when I only received trays for my top teeth and we only did molds for my top teeth also. After my Invisalign treatment, no post treatment scans were done to see if I needed refinement trays. May I mention the tech who was putting my attachments on stated to me she had never done them and hopes they come out okay. I was not comfortable with that and asked for another tech. Instead of supplying me with Invisalign retainers, they gave me cheap ones made in office. I've had my permanent retainers break on both my upper and lowers as well as the trays to sleep in because of the cheap quality of materials they use. I called to make an appointment a year after my braces were taken off to fix the newly broken retainers and they told me I was not considered a patient and they would gladly do a virtual consult for $250 plus close to $2K for new retainers and could bill me. I have NEVER been late on one single payment to them and this is how they treat their customers. The receptionists are rude and terrible. God forbid you have to reschedule and they push you out 6-8 weeks. PLEASE do you research so you do not get ripped off like I did. I have spoken to at least 20 other people who have been taken advantage of and currently working with Invisalign since I was mistreated so terribly.

They did not follow through with the plan that was given to us at outset. My son had some issues where an implant could be a possibility, a tooth did not come in as it should. I was given no advice on the best way to help rectify this situation. Their care and concern was non existent. When I went to an oral surgeon to see about an implant, I was told his braces were either taken off too early or the braces were ineffective! After 4 years in braces my son is now having to go back and get braces AGAIN! (Believe me we are not going back to this practice! ) When I did call to let them know what the oral surgeon said, the staff people were very rude...after spending so much money (I am a widowed mother of 3 and am a school teacher so maybe that was the problem...) I would expect to receive much better service, treatment and follow thru.

I still don't like the front desk reception process where they make you fill out forms even if you have no change to insurance. It seems like she picks & chooses who to hand this to. If you go enough times it grows on you.

I took a chance and walked in to Seabreeze; they were able to see my daughter that day to remove her wire and today they removed her braces. The cost was FAR LESS than I anticipated and the care was SUPERIOR. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I loved our old Orthodontist and I'm grateful to have found Seabreeze.
