My 6 year old just had a couple of fillings and later said that it wasn't bad and Dr. Patterson was funny. They are down to earth, friendly, and affordable. It is a great practice to take your family to and they actually care. Once I went to a dentist and he wanted to charge me 1000s of dollars because the nerve in my front tooth was "dead". They said I needed a root canal on it and then a crown placed over it. And since it was a front tooth, I would need another crown on the other front tooth so that way they would look alike. I went to another dentist (Dr. Patterson), and he looked at it and said, "I got this. I can go behind the tooth and do a root canal, then put in a filling behind it." Cost nothing compared to the other dentist. The fact that he was looking out for me and not for his bank account made me a loyal customer for life. Also, if you hate getting the numbing shot, he's the BEST at it!! It won't hurt at all, I promise!

Over these years he has been so good with my wife and I. He is caring, compassionate, gentle and does a great job. He takes his time with you and is never rushed. From the front desk to the hygienists and his dental assistants... they are awesome. Everyone is so friendly and again so good at what they do. Kayla is warm, friendly, conscientious, and EXCELLENT at cleaning (even near my sensitive areas)! She is wonderful! (My hygienist from 5 years ago talked a lot and didn't clean very well; two very unpleasant and consistent qualities.) Dr. Hunt, always so smiling, warm and friendly, talks to me when he comes in and before his exam, which is refreshing (considering he's the only Dentist I've ever experienced this with). I like how he tells me how my check-up went which, again, is unusual from my prior Dentists who would say not much of anything. My asking, "Does everything look okay?" was my normal question at my prior Dentist. Last thing. The lobby is tidy, charming, and calming and the office staff is friendly, smiling, and inviting as well! Ive tried to rack my brain to offer even a slight constructive critique and I cannot find one thing. Even the price is reasonable and (especially without insurance) is an important point.

The nurse who answered the telephone wouldn't give me a date or time but instead kept asking me the most ridiculous questions! Like: what kind or work do you need done? How do you know you need a filling? WHAT??? That's why you make an appointment to see the dentist! So he can look and determine what kind of work you need! She wanted to play dentist over the telephone. After exactly five minutes of this exercise, I gave up on the appointment and decided this was NOT the right dentist office for me.
