This is where the nipple for the air box is supposed to be.

Unprofessional! Do not buy from them! I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK from these guys. I asked for the carfax which reported the front end struck an animal and that the airbags did not deploy and there was no other signs of a major collision. Wes Financial Auto said they inspected the vehicle and that it was good to go. I took the vehicle to a Jeep dealership to have a the services done on it and the very first thing I was asked to come look at is was that the air filter box nipple was broken off leaving the hose exposed to pull unfiltered air from the engine bay and the intake assembly (tubing) has a massive 6 inch crack in it! So now I'm paying for an engine flush! When I asked Wes Financial to reimburse me for the air filter and intake tube, the told me they would not pay me for what it costs and a "professional" dealership and that they wanted me to drive the 1.5 hours back to them to let them fix it because they could find it for $50.00. This information was not disclosed to me a the time of purchase and now I am supposed to go back to them to let them find a used part to fix the vehicle?!! I wouldn't let this guys every touch one of my vehicles again, let alone buy one!

Of course it shocked me, but Ms. Clark said don't look at the bottom numbers. That's the total amount for the service that is due because of the 44,000 miles on the odometer. The brake repair is only $1561.60. I asked why replacing the front pads and rotor resurfacing was so expensive. Candice informed me that they #1, don't resurface rotors, they only replace them (how convenient). And #2, they don't just do the front, they do the rear as well (again convenient). That was enough for me. I said "Pull the car around, I'm out of here". 10 minutes later, she came back and told me that I could just have front brakes done but it was still going to cost $649.85 because they won't resurface the rotors.. Ms. Clark's vibe was condescending, disrespectful and unethical. This is where I take my car for everything. Oil changes, tire rotation, regular maintenance but apparently that doesn't matter. I don't drive a new Cadillac only a 2017 Equinox.

Service Department is TERRIBLE!!! I made an appointment on May 28th for electrical (Body Control…read moreModule) service on my 43,000 mile 2019 Chevy Sonic RS, and was given June 25th at 8am. I arranged a rental car for what I thought would be a couple days. When I arrived Candace Clark took my name, address and phone number, and wrote up my problems. I left and picked up my rental. Later in the day I texted to see if there was a prognosis - the service tech told me it would be THREE WEEKS before they even LOOKED at my car, after waiting four weeks for the appointment! I was supposed to rent a car for three weeks? She said she would see if she could get me a loaner but never responded back. I waited one more day, extended my rental but got no more help from the service agent, so I elected to just take my car back I could live with the problms. When I got the paperwork from the cashier, I saw that Instead of using MY information, the agent used the information of the FORMER OWNER that was already in the system - I bought the car from her 3 years ago and she is dead! Plus it said I had NO APPOINTMENT when I most certainly did have one! She cost me more than $200 for the rental! I wouldn't take my car to Les Stanford for service on a dare!

SCAM ALERT: ILLEGAL MANIPULATION OF THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER I…read moream leaving this review to warn future consumers to bring an diagnostic scan tool before purchasing any vehicle from this facility. We purchased a 2010 Mercedes-Benz C300 4Matic from this lot. Upon deep technical inspection with a professional diagnostic scanner, we discovered that the engine holds permanent codes, like transmission, intake and air sensor and some engine issues as well. Which I know and I am aware that they sale cars AS-IS and mine was one of them which I was aware of that but this dealership intentionally masked these active failures by physically tampering with the instrument cluster circuit board to disable Check Engine Light. The light that tells you something is wrong with the car and does not illuminate during the standard key Position 2 or start position before you fully start the car, which every light should light up, so make sure to check that, but they do this to ensure the buyer doesn't see the active faults during a test drive. This is a direct violation of consumer protection guidelines and transparent business trade practices. Check every single dashboard light module before handing this establishment your money. Forensic data logs do not lie. Avoid at all costs. You do not want the headache.
