I purchased a vehicle from Sam at Wes Financial Auto last week. I was already impressed with the professionalism when Sam told me he would meet me halfway to deliver my vehicle....now that is customer service that a person seldom encounters today. So after only owning the vehicle for 3 days and I started having problems with the starter. I just texted Sam on a Sunday and just mentioned that I was disappointed. Within a few minutes Sam responded to my text. He apologized that I was having that problem. He also knew I'm located on the very opposite side of the State of Michigan so it would inconvenience me having to drive to Dearborn. So what Sam did immediately was offer to cashapp me $500 to cover the replacement of the starter!! Not only that he told me if for some reason that amount doesn't cover to let him know. By the time I read his response, Sam had already sent the money to my cashapp. Now that is Customer Service that a person never expects from a business today. Unprofessional! Do not buy from them! I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK from these guys. I asked for the carfax which reported the front end struck an animal and that the airbags did not deploy and there was no other signs of a major collision. Wes Financial Auto said they inspected the vehicle and that it was good to go. I took the vehicle to a Jeep dealership to have a the services done on it and the very first thing I was asked to come look at is was that the air filter box nipple was broken off leaving the hose exposed to pull unfiltered air from the engine bay and the intake assembly (tubing) has a massive 6 inch crack in it! So now I'm paying for an engine flush! When I asked Wes Financial to reimburse me for the air filter and intake tube, the told me they would not pay me for what it costs and a "professional" dealership and that they wanted me to drive the 1.5 hours back to them to let them fix it because they could find it for $50.00. This information was not disclosed to me a the time of purchase and now I am supposed to go back to them to let them find a used part to fix the vehicle?!! If i could give zero stars I would. First off I called about a F150 The down payment and payment every month was fair so I went and test drove the vehicle. I took the vehicle to my brother-in-law who is a head mechanic at Michigan Kenworth diesel and had him overlook the vehicle not only was there numerous problems with it The truck was bone dry and oil and all four tires were low on air something as simple as an oil change they did not bother to check they knew there were leaks in the transmission lines because the transmission fluid was topped off the oil leak was so bad that it was covered the underbody passenger side of the vehicle and they didn't even bother to top it off. The truck blew booked between 6000 and $9000 and they wanted 10,995 for a vehicle that had 16 issues ranging from small to major. He then passed the paperwork to another salesman and explain to him that I had had the truck looked at and those were the issues with it and you would think that they would look at it as a good thing because they did not have to have the vehicle looked at and now they know what's wrong with it. Kell talked me into looking into another vehicle from their lot I was trying to help me as much as possible so as I was printing out a paystub for them to get excepted for another vehicle my sales person was talking to another salesman in a different language and this other salesman proceeded to read a few problems off my list and then said to me are you fucking kidding me did you really write all this down and then read a few more things out loud and said wow why the fuck Did you need to write all this why is this paperwork in front of my face. So he was basically cussing out a customer for putting paperwork in front of his face on a vehicle that they were trying to sell me and it seemed to me that he was more mad about the fact that I noticed all these problems and he was caught for trying to sell me a piece of junk. I don't stood up and told Kyle that I no longer wanted to buy a vehicle that I was completely offended and that they would not get business from me or anyone else that I knew because of the amount of disrespect I received. At this point I expected Carol to apologize to me and try to get me to stay in the building but all he did was looked at me and proceeded to let me walk out without any apologies or saying anything On behalf of his coworker. I would not buy any vehicles from this dealer all they did was clean the vehicle up and try to sell it to me they take advantage of people with bad credit knowing that we don't have much choice. Another thing that shocked me was the fact that they did not even bother to put oil in the vehicle before it went on test drives and also my salesman said to me straight up that he had no idea this truck have that many problems which also tells me that they do not look at their vehicles whatsoever they do not service their vehicles whatsoever they just buy them clean them up and put them for sale to the next person and when you buy them now it's your problem . West financial auto is by far one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional dealer that I've ever dealt with if you want a vehicle that has no service done to it and is going to leave you in the hole and a money pit then you could buy a vehicle there otherwise beware and stay away! read more

After car suddently had tranmission problems and over 230,000 miles on it, I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a new car. I have a very messy credit situation and I was turned down by 3 lenders in my area. When I saw that Wes Financial advertisement that they guarantee everyone gets approved and they had the car that I wanted, I called them immediately. The staff at Wes Financial Auto are efficient, professional, and friendly. Josh and Cal made the sticky credit situation as smooth as possible and they got me approved. I live 3 hours away and was not excited about the trip, other than getting my new car, but it was totally worth it. Great experience, great car! This car is by far my most favorite car I have ever owned. The condition and stats were exactly as stated on the add and over the phone. Pick up transaction was because Josh had me submit all necessary documents via email prior to arrival. After my husband drove the car a few miles and looked it over, we went in to sign papers and give our down payment. 1 hour later we were on our way back home.
