He didn't apologize at all. He said sounds like you're angry and upset so there's nothing I can really do to help you. Stated that they should not have gave his number out and that he would be taking care of the situation. All I wanted to do was let him know that his business was being ran very poorly and they were very rude. I do not recommend this location until they get it changed or correct their behaviors. No one should be working in fast food. If they're not going to be happy to discuss normal restaurant behaviors, especially whenever customers are waiting 20 minutes for two sandwiches.
