Good service through mobile app and drive through. Good breakfast sandwiches, but do not like the Cinnabons Frosties are great, as well as chili and cheeseburgers. read more

Smelt the weed the second I walked in poor lady placed a online order and said "hey you forgot something" and completely ignored herout of fries, tomatoes, mayo, burger patties, etc. worst Wendy's I've EVER been too, get ur game up dawg. read more

I feel sorry for whoever owns this place! We sat in line for 20 minutes only to be told that they're all on break. There was three more cars behind us! No one answered the drive thru speaker so we pulled up to the window and a young man came to the window and asked what we ordered. We said we didn't order and he said,"Oh, hold on." He went to speak to someone and came back a few minutes later. "We can't make you anything for 40 minutes because we are short staffed, there's only three of us here." We were going to order three frosties and a burger, you can't help us for 40 minutes? "Yeah." He walks away and then comes back. "Our frostie machine is broken anyways." Seriously?! Whoever the owner is...your business is being run into the ground and they are not working. They are taking your money and refusing to sell food. That's exactly what happened tonight. read more

One star because the food is edible. However, their soda is way off. So watery it's undrinkable. Do not drive to this location unless you want to sit in the drive-thru for *at least* thirty minutes. Doesn't matter what day of the week or what time of day. Their customer service is shoddy, at best. Everyone working there must be sharing one rejected braincell because they all just stand around staring at each-other. We just moved to the area a couple of months ago. We've gone to this establishment about 4x since then. Will not be returning. read more

This place needs to close down or get new management. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waiting in line forever just for them to mess up your order. Avoid this wendys if you can. read more

Rude and unprofessional behavior all around. The worst customer experience of my life. The "manager" yelling f bombs. I will never eat here again. Probably (Hopefully) the worst Wendy's restaurant in the whole chain. It's ghetto fabulous. read more

Went through the drive thru. They could only accept cash which was not an issue. I order a chili and a root beer. When got to the window they were out of root beer. So I switched to a Diet Coke. I went to where I was staying and the Diet Coke was Terrible ! All carbonation. I threw it away. The chili was the worse chili I have ever had from a Wendy's. No meat ! Nothing but beans. I will never go here again ! read more

This Wendy's has the most consistently awful customer service that I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. It is so insanely slow here that I could honestly sit down at manhattan deli across the street and have a meal faster than going through this drive through. I used to come here because of how insanely close it is to where I live but honestly it's faster for me to just drive somewhere miles away instead. This review marks the last time I'll ever try coming here for a quick bite to eat. Owner, if you're reading this, fire literally everyone and start over it'll be better for all of us that way read more

Ordered through drive through and sandwiches were all wrong. Tried going inside to order. Employees more interested in talking to each other than waiting on customers. Again sandwiches were both made incorrectly. read more

Worst fast food experience of my life. I pulled around to order and all the worker said was "power is off." I said, "excuse me?" He proceeded to then tell me to "get the fuck outta here, man, our system isn't working." I said ok, please tell me your name. He wouldn't. Then I asked to speak to a manager, he again proceeded to tell me to "fuck off." I said I'll call the police if you really want me to. So, I did. The cops showed up and took down a report against the employee and manager. The police told me to follow up with Corporate, which I have. Now, apparently, the manager said no obscenities were used as he had access to the headphones, however, he couldn't explain the conversation that was had. Thus, the manager was lying to me and the police. I hope the both get fired. I'll never go back there. read more

The worst Wendy's I have ever had. From the moment I drove up to order my food to trying to eat what they didn't mess up with my order. Very rude customer service...I'm assuming because it was ordered at 10pm even though they close at 1AM? Looked dirty through the window....sadly wasted my money on this. read more

This only applies to the drive thru workers ( I used drive thru service) on December 14th, 2022 between the hours of 8 p.m & 10:00 p.m. 1.) No hair nets on ANY of the employees that I encountered in the drive thru. ( afros, poofy big pony tails, long red hair) 2.) gloves that employees did have on were being used for phones, payments, windows, moving hair away from they're face, etc. 3.) no name tags on ANY of the employees 4.) repeated foul language from several employees 5.) employees texting & talking on phones there were 6 cars in front of me & 7 or 8 cars behind me. the orders were wrong, the frosties were melted smh. This place needs to retrain or hire new employees. What a trashy place now. Very sad. read more

Short line in drive-thru. Long wait. Cold Burgers received. Service by SJW's acting out microaggressions towards customers. Rumor has it that this Wendy's is a minority owned franchise that is subsidized by the federal government and has no intention of establishing good and friendly business relations with the general public and gets paid via taxpayer money for failure to strive towards business and customer service excellence. On Veterans Day, they are known not to participate in the advertised Wendy's corporate Veterans Day Promotions as I have personally experienced. read more

The people that work here have poor work qualities. They are mostly high school students that are constantly looking at their cell phones and not doing their jobs. The kitchen is a mess, food was undercooked and the drivethru always takes 20 minutes or more. Kids were traveling in a group as a mix of people that do and do not work there wasting time. The cashere is always on his phone and does not pay attention to people. I will not be coming back here again. EVER. read more

Waited 20 minutes before we could get out of the drive-thru lane; still 3 cats ahead of us. Person who was supposed to take orders was actively NOT taking orders. Was rude to the man in the car saying "hello" into the speaker. Told him to "give her a minute". Finally, the car in feint of us was able to drive away. We waited an additional 5 minutes and we left. Drove around the building on the way out - order taker was just sitting there. During this time people who went inside were being served and leaving. This is not our first time with a 15 minute wait time to order. Lesson learned. Save yourself the irritation of a non-functional service team and don't go here. Where's the manager? read more

Horrible customer service. I tried going to Wendy's for dinner and order there via takeout inside the restaurant but both entrances to the restaurant were closed. So then I go to the first pick up window and inquire if I can order food at the pick up window since the inside is locked and I don't have a car to go in through the drive thru. The worker informed me that I could only order via the drive thru & the inside was closed at 8 for takeout. But I was informed all of this followed by such a horrible attitude and kinda brushed me off as if I was bothering this person at their job. Do better and provide better customer service to your paying customers. read more

The service is terrible, even in todays screwed up world. Last week I waited 15 minutes at the drive thru and nobody ever came to take orders. This week, I went for an advertised special, only to find out they don't participate. This location is d to have an abundance of business, not so much any longer. Stay away from this Wendy's. read more

Walter. Walter. Walter. Walter. He yelled at me for paying with too high of a bill which okay, fine it's an inconvenience and whatever but I am sorry I make good money. Awful and rude service. Worst workers I have ever come across. 15 min wait with no line and disrespectful tone.

Wendy's - Combo #1 with small Frosty - Burgers Near Me - Willoughby, Ohio

Ordered a taco salad and didn't receive any salsa. No mention that they were out. Chili cup was only filled about 80% (didn't get a picture of that) and my small frosty was not filled either. It's frustrating that every time I come here recently there is something wrong or missing in my order. read more

They are very nasty in the store, they aren't wearing gloves ! I would advise anyone scared of corona to stay away of that place.. After waiting in a long line I seen 3 people touch my food( 2 women at the drive thru and the manager)to add tomatoes on my burger. They initially said they were out of tomatoes. I asked for a refund and all of a sudden they had some. They wouldn't refund my order which they took the whole bag of food back to fix one burger ! read more

Wendy's - Cold hard fries on top of another burger and the burger the didn't have tomatoes for but found to add to the burger ! - Burgers Near Me - Willoughby, Ohio

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible with horrible customer service. Don't expect utensils or napkins.

It's hard for me to give fast food five stars. But it's a relative rating. Compared to other fast food restaurants, this one is the best. Freshest, best assembled food around. Rarely do they forget my stuff, but when they do, they are very nice about fixing their mistake. All kinds of interesting people working there who actually seem involved in their jobs...not just spaced out passing the time as their body mechanically passes food to you. The only downside to this place is that I'm getting pretty fat. I know...that's on me, not them. read more

Used to to really enjoy this Wendy's. But over the past 2 years or so I've watched the customer service go down the drain. The workers look very stressed at times. Other times they look like they don't care to be there. They run out of items pretty often and the last time I went to dine in they closed their doors an hour earlier than they normally do. I'm not there every day but it looks like management and staffing is a struggle. I hope they can turn it around but I don't plan on going back anytime soon considering my last 3 experiences were not pleasant ones. read more

Walked in yesterday for a root beer and vanilla shake and observed the gentleman cooking the fries WITH NO GLOVES ON. He used his bare hands to pick up fries, a few laying on the edge, and throw them back into the bin. I was HORRIFIED. NO GLOVES? That's really disgusting and dangerous. read more

Night shift is horrible. They need to pay more attention to the order and less arguing with each other. The last 2 times I went they gave me something I didn't ask for and forgot a part of my order. You might ask for barbeque sauce and they'll give you ranch. If you're stopping there at night, make sure you check your bag 3 times before leaving read more

It's not the employees fault... I think this is an issue with lack of help. The food was literally garbage. I threw away a 10 piece nugget and cheeseburger because they were cold at the window. Wendy's - Bob the Raptor Says "I love chili prey." - Burgers Near Me - Willoughby, Ohio

The Wendy's in Willoughby Rte 84 & Rte 91 is a joke! They don't even deserve a one star. It should be zero. I went through the drive-through and asked for the family chili and could not get it. They said I had to order it on the app? What?? I told them I'm already here, so why would I need to order it on the app? They could not give me an answer! I got 4 large chilis instead. Please tell me what the difference is? I tried to get an explanation and nothing. I can't get a family chili, but I can get four large chilis to go? Also, the manager with the faux hawk and tattoos got rude with me. All I wanted to know was why I could not get a family chili at the drive-through but I can get four large chilis to go. Ugh!! I took the four large chilis home and they were so disgusting. There was hardly any sauce in the chilis, they were so dry, and they tasted 10 days old. I am done with Wendy's. There's so many other places I can go to and get better service and food! read more

ok.....hear me out. i know this wendy's sucks. they mess up my order many a time. BUT.....last night i don't know how or why...i can't explain it....they got my order right. not only that, but the meal was actually made with love. i work in fast food. i know when ur rushing and u don't care abt the quality but sometimes ur inspired. u really start to see the beauty of your trade and u make the meal in the picture...but better. anyways i just wanted to thank that night crew. u made a real impact on me and i won't be forgetting u anytime soon. read more

This Wendy's stole money, verbally assaulted me, and refused service to me! What I wanted was a full salad - but only lettuce and shredded cheese. They charged me 8 dollars. I was annoyed with this, so they took a dollar off. I didn't have the time to deal with this, so I paid for my meal and left. Looking at the salad, their is about a half pinch of cheese on it, with mountains of lettuce. I call the manager. She fails to apologize, says that amount of cheese is all they put on it, and that it is my fault I ordered that way. So I call corporate and tell the story. Now, I am already furious about this. I then realize that they failed to give me my PAID FOR small fry. I drive back to the Wendy's. At the intercom, a confrontation is started between me and the cashier. She yells at me to leave her drive-thru. I pull up to the first window, and the woman has locked me out. I pull to the second window. They are arguing about me for more than two minutes. Eventually, the man who likely forgot my fries opens the window and says, "We have the right to refuse service to you, because you swore at us. Have a nice day." He grins, this likely 40-year-old man, knowing he has bested an upset, tiny little teenager. I never receive my fry. I call corporate again. I explain the situation, and they laugh at my hilarity, saying that my reaction was justified and that they will be getting back to me in the next two days. Do not go to this Wendy's. Do not accept their awful, slow, harassing service. I had to go to Arby's for more cheese, and the cheese they gave me was free. read more
