My husband and I are traveling through for work and wanted a quick stop. We waited in line for about 15 minutes as they worked on some online orders, but several of the employees were not wearing gloves. One lady was doing fries and nuggets and was literally picking them out of the containers and smashing the fries down and arranging them with her bare hands. It was just an immediate ick for me. The dining room was a little sticky, but the bathrooms were clean so I guess that's good. I'm not one to write reviews, but the employees not wearing gloves was just too far for me. I have never had issues with this Wendy's. Their Saturday night crew always takes care of me, and that is amazing, considering I don't show up until 11:45, they always have my order ready and are very nice at the window. Yes, now the wait is a little longer because of the McDonald's closes early now, and sometimes the Arby's does also, but by the time I get back home, mine would be closed, so I go here. Needs shut down! As a local -- we've never been able to even get decent service from this Wendy's location. You don't really expect much from fast food, but if even THAT low expectation isn't reached, then you know it's not worth the time. We've had to leave the line on multiple occasions because you'll sit there for lengthy times waiting for a rude worker to assist you. We're pretty much giving up on the Warsaw Wendy's. Special orders are repetitively messed up (things like no onion, no bacon, no ice), potatos are a shell game (they may or may not have any ready when you walk in) and may be overcooked and hard if you do get one and may be skimped on toppings (run out of both broccoli and cheese on a broccoli and cheese potato), drinks have been mixed up (diet for regular coke or, worse, diet coke for root beer), and advertised sandwiches may sometimes be taken off the serving list, but still be on the menu and advertising in the windows, even their new specialty sandwiches with no special instructions end up predominantly lackluster in production. For example, the new bacon portabella melt double we got tonight had one strip of bacon, 3 slices of mushroom, and a small dollop of cheese "sauce". Hardly worth the money. This review is NOT indicative of all Wendy's across the country. I travel by car from IN to FL and have had wonderful service and food at other Wendy's, as well as others around the state. read more

I don't know about other people but my experiences haven't been the best at all. The most recent time I was there an employe was obviously intoxicated. I don't know why they couldn't get him to leave but he was harassing other costumers. Eventually the cops came but it wasn't a good experience. Have stopped in here many times over the years and the service just keeps getting worse and worse. The last three times we have been in here always for take out or drive thru,they have put cheese on our burgers when we specifically said more than once,NO CHEESE. The last time I purchased a salad and again twice I mentioned the dressing I wanted but got home and ho dressing at all.NO,I will not drive from Lake Tippy back into Wendys. The last straw for us was this past week when we went inside and placed our order and again got cheese on a no cheese order,but also had to set thru a manager literally screaming and belittling her younger employees,,,,,,,,,REALLY.Somebody send the bitch to friendly school. The service was awful. There were 4 customers in the entire dining room. It took the girl, {who by the way, never made eye contact once} forever to get me a small frosty and a grilled chicken sandwich. The manager actually chewed out another girl right there at the cash register in front of me. (Something about her being over on hours). The dining room was dirty, no ketchup in the pump dispenser, no napkins. When I asked for packets of ketchup they actually tossed three at the counter! While I ate my meal, a couple came in and I timed it on my phone, those people stood 7 minutes waiting to be asked what they wanted to eat. NOT TO GET THEIR ORDER, just to place their order. And they were the only two people at the entire counter! I have never posted a complaint in my life and I am 60 years old. But the service was the worst you could imagine. On my way out I suggested to people going in they change venue's , they did. I saw them leave and go next door to Arbys. No more Warsaw Wendy's for this consumer! read more
