We sent it back for a redo and it took 25 minutes to get the second version and the order was wrong on the second version unbelievable have pictures. This was the worst experience of my life. This kid named Kyle was the worst server ever. He got my order wrong and he's stupid. He was ATTEMPTING to do multiple things at once and kept getting distracted and in turn, messed up my order. I waited for 30 minutes and then they forgot my entire order. They just brought out my custard and it was WRONG. Are you joking???? I did not enjoy my experience at Culver's, it was not delicious. And an employee ran into my car in the parking lot. We were sent to park to wait for our food. Isabella brought everything but the cheese curds. Rather than take ownership of the problem and get them for us, Isabella blew it off and said someone will bring them out. (WHY bring out a partial order??) Knowing the many order problems we have had at this location, after a few minutes I went inside to get the rest of the order. Standing at the counter for help, Dane (or Dave) looked right past me rather than ask if I needed anything. (NEVER ignore a customer!!) Izzy got them for me in less than a minute (KUDOS to IZZY). I explained the situation to the shift manager and Isabella LIED and said she didn't know I needed them. Yet, in the next sentence she said she thought someone would bring them out. (NEVER lie to a customer!!) Rather than correct her team, Jessica (GM) rebuked me for "being rude to children" because I called them out on their poor service. I never did get the receipt with the survey. Jessica was unable to print it and blamed it on the new system. Overall, Jessica Rocha is a TERRIBLE manager and we are certain that the service problems at this location are due to her ineptness to properly train and manage her team. She needs to be replaced! I know this is going to sound odd, but, I've never been here and I am so happy we stopped! I ordered the butter burger. Yum ! I had a few bites before I noticed that I didn't have mustard on it. I am sorry I put mustard on now! The burger is so good you really don't need to put anything on At all. Next time-i will leave it plain I don't want to mask the deliciousness ! The service was fast and they made sure to help me select my burger. Each one is made to order so it's fresh and so so good. What the heck happened to this place. I placed a to go order inside, and it took 40 minutes. During my long waiting period one person got a refund for poor food, and 3 others returned orders that weren't right. They brought our food on a tray after we told them it was to go. We got home food was cold. So we microwaved it. Hope the new store is better. I wan't the old management back. Somone from main office needs to visit this place. read more

They were really busy so I figured they must be doing something right, lol. I feel sorry for anybody who had to Park close to the long drive-through line, it'll be forever before you get to leave. Went inside, the faucet didn't work in the bathroom because for some reason they apparently don't believe in old fashion faucet knobs that are more failproof than the electronic junk that they were using. The hand sanitizer station again electronic and wasn't working. 15 minutes later for two to go Sundays. Good thing it was on a coupon. So I'm not sure I could ever give a low mark to anyplace serving butter burgers and custard. I'd simply be too high and too into my happy place to do so. But this Culver's is exceptional. Matt, the owner, is on-site and is SO inviting - he makes you feel like you're a welcome guest in his home. As you'd expect, the staff is largely high school students. They're surprisingly articulate and engaging - just the right amount of small talk for a fast food place. Where else do you find that!?! Good food as always. My complaints are for the service. No one is wearing gloves. Is that not a standard practice in the kitchen? The people making the food may have been wearing gloves and I couldn't see it, but I could see people without gloves lifting the top bun checking the food. It also took us nearly half an hour to get our food. They handed free custard coupons to a group in front of us for being so slow, but not to us. Culver's restaurants are generally a good place to dine. But this particular Culver's is a cut above the rest. Great care was taken to create a more cozy and relaxing atmosphere, with many upgraded appointments. And the waitstaff is first rate. We've only been there once, and it was in the midst of the evening rush. Despite the crowd our order arrived in less than five minutes. A real plus for any traveler is clean restrooms. And this Culver's did not disappoint. Their facilities were the cleanest I've seen. If you are familiar with Culver's, this location is one of the best and deserves a stop. read more

Even though it was late, the staff was very friendly, well mannered, neat and clean in appearance and cheerful.
