Absolutely the most filthiest Wendy's and fast food place we have ever been in. The bathrooms looked liked homeless people were living in there. The floors by the soda were disgusting dirty, sticky just filthy. Ordered through a delivery service at 11:45. Store, according to hours of operation and online list 1am closing. My delivery service marks that they picked up my order but the driver tells me they couldn't pick it up because the "store was closed" (working to get a refund since the driver marked it as complete). So I call the Wendy's to confirm if they are closed and if they turned away my driver and I am repeatedly told "i'm sorry we're closed" without answering my question and confirming they were closed before there indicated closing time. Frustratingly clueless and unfriendly. I asked for a "simple" receipt . However, one might think I asked for a million dollars with the look of utter confusion. After a LONG 2 minutes I get a piece of paper with no total. Of course I again ask for a receipt ... Meaning in " laymen" terms " A piece of paper which has your purchase PLUS total". Apparently this question just totally threw this staff off of the equator into be-wilderness. I had to leave this rating just as a service to other shore goers from up north. Returning from seaside Sunday at 7 PM stopped in to Wendy's I never saw a more confused moronic group of people in my life. They were not that many customers maybe six or seven everything was backed up. There were at least 6 people meandering around, behind the counter trying to figure out what they were doing and a manager arguing with customer-I stood in line with my family for almost a half an hour when someone came out and said, are you waiting to order (like what else would I be doing? )I said yes she didn't say anything. She just turned around and went back behind the frosty machine to hide. if they're wasting 30 minutes of our life we got in the car went right next-door to White Castle. Since a few months ago, the food just isn't the same and cold, the chicken nuggets used to be one of the best things on the menu, but now they are hard, cold and disgusting. Now I understand I got to drive they with about 20 mins before closing but there was a really good reason. First it looked like they were closed but online said they closed at 12am and there was a car in drive they when I was on the other side of the street. When I pulled in I sat at the speaker for about 5 mins and even looked at one of the workers in his eyes with his head set on and he said absolutely NOTHING to me just waved. So I got the impression that they were closed but then why would he still have his headset on while smoking a cigarette. By far the best fast food bacon cheeseburger we've ever had. Hot, nice size burger, tasty, cold crisp lettuce and tomato, cheese tasted fresh, bacon cooked perfectly. The fries were just as tasty, hot, not stale from being under a heat lamp, just the right amount of salt . Who ever is the owner/manager there, please keep up the good work ! We've been to other Wendy's before from Brooklyn/S.I. all the way down the east coast to S.FL, and this one is the BEST ! Ordered a bacon jalapeno barbecue triple burger....no crispy onions nor barbecue sauce. Not the first time orders are wrong can't possibly sit in line checking 8 to 10 items especially when all sandwiches are wrapped the same. No way of knowing what's in them without unwrapping. So I'm going to set the scene for all of you. It's a beautiful Sunday evening in the beginning of September. The temperature is perfect and sky is clear and filled with stars. I'm feeling like a million bucks and decided it was the most magically time to get Wendy's. We pull up to our local Wendy's with no idea what we want. Luckily my boy Ryan took our hand and guided us through out our journey with beautiful service and amazing attentiveness. Without Ryan I think that our night would have been ruined. After reading the reviews on Yelp for this store I was hesitant to try it but I really wanted to try the Pretzel Pub burger they advertised on tv and took a chance. Well, I was happy as a clam . Everything was just wonderful. Service was great; the girl taking the order and the payment was very courteous and friendly. I ordered 4 of the burgers Pretzel pubs, 3 pub fries and a baked potato with cheese and bacon and 3 frostys for the grandkids. My family enjoyed it all very much. The food was still hot when I got home. I have to add that the manager was very nice. While I was on line, he came out and I rolled down my window to asked him if they have the burgers they advertise on tv and he said, the Pub? Yes, we do and it is worth getting it! When I reached the window where you pay and get your order, he was working near the window and I waved at him and he said hello and I thank him. He seem glad that I acknowledged him. Went through the drive thru for lunch where I got a meal and 2 other burgers. Paid and got no receipt and without checking my bag I proceeded on my way. When I arrived back to work I realized I was missing a burger. I called and explained my situation and how I didn't have a receipt to prove my purchase. The individual on the phone said they understand and told me to come back, that I didn't need to bring the bag. When walking back in I was met with an attitude because I didn't have my bag or knew which burger was missing. My beverage was not what I asked for either, but I wasn't returning for a 3rd time. almost impossible to get a HOT burger. I've asked for a Dave's special last two times and I received a room temperature cold bun insipid product. On another occasion I requested a Daves' special without the salad topping, just the cheese please, and I would like it hot; I was told that they would prepare one but I had to wait a while, sure to ahead, but when the burger arrived it was obviously right from the warmer, it was room temp: all they did was scrape off the topping, wait a while, they gave it to me. Seem like most of Wendys' staff prepare the product far in advance of demand, and keep it under warming lights. I believe there is a law with regard to cooked food be served hotter than room temp. read more
