The service is terrible! The only one that knows what they're doing is the cook. The guy at the register seemed like he was tweaking on meth. I had to repeat everything to him 2 or 3 times. so I just stopped at Wendy's to get one of their new krabby, patty burgers, I ordered that $ large coke (which is only $1) through the drive-thru. I was told my total came to $7.55 No big deal. when I got to the window, I was told it was $10.67. I questioned it and she told me that it was my order and that's how much it After receiving my order, I did not get a large Coke and after pulling away and pulling into the side, I checked and did not get a ckabby patty burger it looked like it was just a hamburger or a cheeseburger so I went back through the drive-through and questioned it. I told her that I did not receive a crabby patty burger because I requested one without pickles and the sandwich I had had pickles and did not look like anything special and I questioned the price. I was told that the price was right for a crabby patty burger So I'm guessing Wendy's krabby patty burgers are nine dollars each since my Coke was only a dollar an my total was $10.65! I got good service in the drive thru. The food was hot and fresh. I don't usually hit up the drive thru's, but since I was exhausted and it was raining, it was my best option. The worst. I have always given them the benefit of the doubt, but I will never go to this wendys ever again. The last 5 orders consist of: #1. ordered a double cheeseburger, got a chicken sandwich (the guy in front of me left because he got tired of waiting, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt) #2 ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, got a homestyle chicken. #3 tried to order a salad, but after waiting at the menu board for 25 mins I went to Rally's. #4. Wanted a burger for lunch, but nobody answered the drive thru even after yelling into it so I went inside to order...but everyone acted like I didn't exist at all. And the only guy at the counter was just wandering around in circles like he was completely lost. I just looked at all of them and yelled "doesn't anyone in this place have some sense of urgency?!" and stormed out. #5 (today) I ordered a strawberry salad. First the cashier couldn't understand me, not sure if she wasn't listening or the head set was fuzzy but I had to yell into the mic VERY SLOWLY to get her to understand, and she still didn't get my drink correct until I got to window. The worst ever experience at any fast food restaurant. I am a delivery driver. I arrived at Wendy's to pick up 2 orders at 12:01pm on 02/23/2023. Several people had been waiting in the dining room for a long time. The female manager was very rude, and seemed confused as to her job. My delivery company called twice to see what the wait was, and they claimed understaffing. However I counted 7 employees, which is more than adequate to run that store in the busiest of times. I spoke with customers who had been waiting for over 40 minutes, and we're demanding refunds, but were being refused. This was blatantly bad management. I was finally able to get both orders cancelled by 12:51. I will never ever, eat at or pick up deliveries from this restaurant again. read more

Zombietown. Service is extremely slow. Employees do not wear their name tags, which often correlates with poor management. We walked in and the counter clerk just stared at us with her mouth open. We were not wearing costumes or funny hats, so I'm not sure what she was gaping at. Like many fast food places, the traditional "Welcome to Wendy's, how may I help you?" has been replaced with "What do you want?" or in the case of the drive-through "Order when you are ready!" Food comes out fast, ok service, and plenty of seating. I had an issue that the fries were cold and not that fresh. They do have a Coke Freestyle machine but since there's only one I ran into the problem of having to wait in line to use it and every person was having a hard time deciding what they wanted to drink. I frequent this Wendy's because of the 5 dollar biggie bag, I'm broke. Literally can not remember the last time they got my order right. I always like my burgers with just ketchup but they always put random shit on it when I make sure to specify ketchup only. They never include my sauces, they forget my drinks. I also have had a young male employee try to flirt with me at the window. I have had male employees whistle at me while I'm ordering. I wish I could give zero stars for this restaurant. My boyfriend and I went to get dinner from here and everything was going downhill from the start. The manager was rude and everyone was not wearing their masks. When we left I opened my bag for my sandwich and there was a USED glove in the sandwich wrapper (should have taken a picture). I went back to talk about this accident and they only gave me a $4 refund for a USED glove in my sandwich. With this pandemic going around, they are breaking so many regulations and I hope the manager (who was not wearing her mask as well) takes the proper steps to fix this stores cleaning strategies. Dave Thomas rolled over in his grave on Nov. 1st!! Tried to just get a quick burger & baked potato at the Wendy's drive-thru at 229 S. 3rd in Terre Haute recently. Should have driven off like 3 others. Took 10 minutes to be able to place an order & 10 more minutes to get my food with only 8 cars in line. Wasn't a huge order, but apparently they don't know how to park cars & allow others to order & go quickly?? I told the woman in drive thru they're the worst Wendy's ever & I meant it!! I remember that location as a student at ISU when it was new, clean, fast & reliable. That was a few years ago & things have definitely declined. With such poor customer service skills, they will be out of business soon at that location. I assumed short staffed, but saw at least 5 working & all moving in slow motion. Trust me, It was a management & training issue. I contacted Wendy's live toll-free customer service (not online), and asked for a phone call to further explain specific details. Never heard back from live phone call. Thought the owner & general manager would want to know. To sum it up for you, don't go to his Wendy's!! Anything else would have to be better... read more
