We won't be back. We spent a lot of money on guacamole, queso, and salsa to dine in. Then we were given a small plate of chips. Honestly it's expensive for a tiny cup of these dips. After we finished the plate of chips, I sent my son back up to ask for more. They told us no and that it costs like 3 dollars for more chips. We will spend less and go eat at a different Mexican place. Tell your friends. We used to love this place but not anymore.

Did u know you can have them fry your burrito ???

Quick , fresh and open late. Good food Speedy service and pretty decent for the price . It's one of my favorite places in terre haute

Really good restaurant next to the hotel that we stay at in Terre Haute. They're open really late. I usually order the Taco salad with no taco shell. You get to pick all your toppings you want. I had to get a side of sour cream and that was $1. Overall it was good.

It's a mini chipotle with tasty food and poor ambience. The food is good but too pricey. They have seating which is imitates Mexican heritage. Ok place to have a quick bite and if u miss chipotle. They have Mexican cola drinks - my favorite is Jarritos - Pineapple.

Chips and queso $5.49

Charged $14 for a burrito and a large cup. Burrito was so bland and boring I wouldn't even pay half that. Avoid this place.

Talk about over priced. They clearly take advantage of the hungry ones that have had a few alcoholic beverages

This review is for a take out order, so I can't comment on the restaurant, but I can say that the…read moredelivery bag did contain plenty of utensils and napkins. I was really craving Mexican food, and I decided to try a new spot. The food sounded good, and I liked the description of the nachos, so I ordered them and decided to add on a side of Mexican street corn. It was ok. First off, the corn was very overcooked. Small kernels. Very juicy, but not in a good wat. I took about 2 spoonfuls and pretty much tossed the rest. The nachos were not very good. I know this was a delivery and I have to make concessions for some saturation making the chips not as crunchy, but even the chips they gave me on the side were very thin and oily and would never hold up in a nacho setting. The meat (carnitas) was very dry and stringy. The guacamole lacked seasoning as did the rice and beans. And, the salsa had a pulled-from-the-refrigerator flavor. I maybe ate a third of the nachos and then tossed those out as well. I did not eat any of the chips and salsa after the initial taste. I was really bummed as I had hoped for a good meal, but I won't be trying this restaurant again and will try others next time I am in town.

My 3 star is simply because the ambiance of this place could use a massive face lift (new paint,…read morebetter upholstery on chairs, etc). But when you get a bill of $30 for 3 people during the late lunch hour (what a steal!), and for value, this place is a 5 star. Twice, I have dined here, both for a late lunch with my parents after visiting the Catmosphere across the street. Juan C was our server both times and he was very kind to my older parents, thank you for that Juan. Although my dad and I order standard items from the menu, my mom needs simply a plain ground beef burrito with cheese and nothing else. Like nothing...tortilla, beef, cheese, nothing else on the plate please. Basic. Juan delivered and adjusted the price accordingly. For Terre Haute, this Mexican food is pretty OK....not great...but pretty good. Juan the server was authentically nice. In the footprint of a former bank, this place is decoratively a mismatch of many things. A mismatch of colors, bank relics, chair fabrics, flooring, parking lot is odd.... It is what it is. Bathrooms could use a remodel, cashier area seems odd, front entrance area cramped. So with that, Mis Tres Potrillios is a 3, but I would go back. Support the local guy. (new paint

I picked this place for my husband, but the food was THE BEST I've ever had!!!! Drinks were tasty too! Despite the menu's warning of "authentic Mexican takes time, please be patient", our food arrived very quickly. I cannot recommend d this place enough

If you are looking for truly authentic tacos in TH, this is your best bet. And I've had tacos from…read moreeverywhere in town! Tacos Al pastor were spot on. We tried quesabirria which was good too. Definitely ask for the house salsas- habanero and green options, as these really make the tacos. The "Americanized" chips and salsa were good but average. Worth the trip for good tacos and salsa. Do not expect a peaceful or fancy environment. There are a few booths, it's connected to a small store, and the employees, while efficient at their jobs, are loudly playing music and videos on their phones competing with the music playing through the store speakers.

Super tacos means with sour cream, cheese, and pico and it makes them impossible to close and challenging to eat. If you gotta have those things on your taco, you won't be disappointed, but the regular tacos are probably fine. The tortillas are good and the meat is tasty, this is definitely the thing to order here. Pupusas was interesting but probably wouldn't order it again, kind of like a tortilla pancake with meat stuffing. Chicken empanada was ok, needs some kind of dipping sauce. Breading was soft but and seemed baked instead of fried, which gave it a unique texture. The tamales are huge! Didn't get to try one, but if you're into that they look great. Chips were a little stale, red salsa was ok, they do have a habanero sauce that's great on the tacos. Overall, it's cheap and good, nice and casual, I'll be back.
