We ordered our food ~6:35 and we did not receive our main dishes until ~7:20, and it did not seem like we were in the minority or that this was unusual. And after looking at some reviews it seems pretty common for this place, disappointing since the food was so good. The forester burger has grilled mushrooms, caramelized onions, swiss cheese, fried shiitake mushrooms and truffle aioli. The combination, along with a juicy burger patty is amazing. The bun was perfectly toasted, and the truffle aioli doubles as a perfect dip for the fries. I cannot recommend this burger enough. I am picky about restaurant burgers and often find them overcooked, and Flip Side nails it every time. I had a cocktail as well, and it was perfectly balanced, and delightful! Our group ordered Irish coffee (which contains coffee, sugar, whiskey, heavy whipping cream), but they just put some Baileys into very weak coffee and there was no taste to it. They charged us for the liquor (not the coffee) and volunteered to remake it but honestly the coffee wasn't worth it. Will stick with the Munroe Falls Ave location going forward
