The service is VERY slow because the drive thru gets all the priority. The drive thru wait can be as long as 25 mins, it's a bit ridiculous and the reason me and my friends go to McDonald's down the road because it's quicker. If you decide to go in for your food #1. no one comes to the register because they are focused on the drive thru #2 your car will be blocked in by the drive thru line. I would come here more I would if the service was quicker and more organized. read more

Went through the drive thru Sunday night ordered 3 small vanilla frosty to bring home to the kids. Simple enough, one was complete liquid. I wonder who trains the staff at this place. Won't go ever again. read more

I enjoyed coming here when I lived in the neighborhood. Very nice staff. One staff member even offered to carry our order to our table so we would not have to stand around waiting for it. Food was consistently good. Nice place to eat overall. read more

I am giving zero stars for today's bad service! Both front desk employees ignored me totally refusing to take my order. I repeated a few times, that I would like to place an order. Nothing. Fries were soggy and completely cold when i received them the girl taking the order was very rude, i went to bring them back and the girl was screaming to her co-workers that "its 1:30 and the fries are cold" she proceeded to slam the window in my face so me and michelle honked at them, never again will i go back to this nightmare of a place!! The drive-thru is an absolute nightmare. The line literally wraps all the way around past the entrance to the parking lot. To say that they move at a snail's pace is actually a gross underestimation of the speed of a snail! It likely would not be as bad if DoorDash orders were sent in and prepared prior to the arrival of the dasher, rather than having dashers wait on the same line to order and receive food as the customers trying to get food for themselves. It is a major inconvenience not only to the dashers that are expected to wait on line for 30 minutes for an order that will only give them $7, thus wasting precious time that could have been spent on orders from other restaurants that have a more efficient system in place, but also to the customers whose orders are GUARANTEED to be delivered at least 20 minutes past the expected wait time estimated on the app. Truly an awful experience. read more

Absolutely!!!! This spot got me through high school!!!!! Food is always consistently good. No matter what time you go. Stuck at work late? No place to eat? Stop by their drive through and the quality is just as good as if it's the middle of the afternoon. read more

This Wendy's has gone down hill fast. Just place and order in the drive through, got home and found they didnt give us the sour cream and cheese for our baked potato. The french fries were less than half full and chili cup was not filled up and the salad was almost all lettuce. Last week their soda machines were almost empty. 90% of the flavors were not selectable. I advise to go down the block and get smash burger. read more

I'm giving this place a 5 star because of the employee George who took our order inside. When my fiancé and I walked in George greeted us, made sure our order was to our liking and made small talk with us which made the visit easy and pleasant. I love Wendy's a lot and I've been coming to this Wendy's since I've been taking the train. The food is very good and I always look forward to going to this location. The staff is usually very friendly and doesn't not have any problems with helping you out. Unfortunately you have to watch out when getting food in the drive thru and inside as well. They will occasionally mess up your order and you will not realize until you are eating the food or in your car looking through your bag which you should do if you take it out. Wendy's is a fast food chain and that's the problem with this location... it's not fast at all. No matter how many people they have in the kitchen it will take at least 10 minutes for them to get your food. The drive thru is a little quicker but not by much, you can go to McDonald's or Burger King down the block for faster service. The floors are usually not that clean and the machines that you get your drinks from ALWAYS don't have at least a few flavors. They will not have cherry or vanilla most of the time, I understand this is because it is used so much by the public but it doesn't take more then 15 min to replace the flavors especially with there usual 8+ people in the back. I really want to give this place a higher rating but it just doesn't deserve it. read more

Came here with my daughter today for lunch. She just graduated kindergarten, so I let her choose the place to eat. She chose Wendys, hence this review. The food was good, but the service was lacking. My daughter and I went up to the counter for a refill on her drink (green tea), and the cashier refused saying they only refill soda. The kicker here is, we have always received refills on green tea here. I let her know this, but again she refused stating "if I refill your green tea once, you will ask for it again next time". Rather than argue, I asked for a soda and she stated that I would need to buy another drink. The green tea costs more than a soda here, yet they wouldn't refill it with a soda. I asked for the manager and he went ahead and gave us a refill on soda, and let me know Wendys doesn't refill green tea. Policy is policy and I accept that, but obviously some of the workers are not aware of this rule. Also, the cashier was rude and my daughter was upset. Not returning here anytime soon. read more
