Today my wife went in to Wendy spent $54 and the guy was very rude at the window. She asked for extra ranch sauce the guy replies it's already in the bag. Which was NOT! Also the guy at the window gave a attitude because she wanted her receipt. The food was cold and not hot at all. I will never come back to the store again. Management needs to put better spoken people to take orders and handle money with paying customers. I hope next time that I go there, he's there. I will let them know how I feel. Paying customers deserve respect, We don't owe you anything we're paying so I don't understand what's the attitude or what's the problem. Never got a chance to eat my food I requested a refund after discovering that the manager whom at the time was the person handling the drive thru when she tried to short change me the correct change, when I called the site I got her on the phone and she acted as if she could not hear me over the phone so I immediately returned to the location to file a complaint in person and she refused to come out of office. The young man claiming to be the shift supervisor also refused to provide his name for my complaint and stated that Jacqueline the name of the server on the receipt did not exist. If it is my best guest Jacqueline is the supposed manager who is short changing customers who do not count their change and pocketing the money. Do not use cash when coming to this location. I will put an update when I hear back from customer service as I filed a complaint while I was in the location over the phone. The interior of the site does not have any information for the public in regards to store managers name of territory managers information you have to google it. This is not my first issue with the site normally it is that I am being shorted food in my kids meals as we normally go to this site after church on Sundays. Poor! They never fail to disappoint. The running joke is; "Let's see what they screwed up this time". The only reason we still go there is because they're very close and my wife likes the Chilly. This time we ordered 2 Double Cheeseburger Meals large with diet Cokes and a Baked Potato with cheese. The sodas where regular not diet (super sweet and not drinkable). The fries were cold and the baked potato was half the size of a regular potato, shriveled up with burnt cheese. This is the first time I've reviewed them but I think I'll do it regularly from now on. Very very bad. Do not go to this Wendy's You will regret it. Picked up order and it was missing about 6 items. Kids are running the show there with no supervision at all. All the other reviews are spot on with this place. It should be closed down. I don't understand how nobody is taking a closer look at what's going on there. It looked like a wild frat party at 7pm. It gave off a weird hostile environment feeling that will definitely keep me away. I am so tired of my order being wrong every morning. My coffee is always cold AND when I ask for milk they literally put a drop in and the coffee is pretty much black. if I ask for more milk then it's too light. Lately, this particular Wendy's is missing supplies every time I go there. My last trip there, they told me they had no more large cups for the drink, and they offered me large fries, but a medium drink. They still charged me for the large meal, though. I also ordered the chili, but when I got to the pay window, they told me they were out of chili, despite taking the order. At least they didn't charge me for it. The food that I did receive was cold, and tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. This Wendy's used to be great up to about a year ago, and then it went downhill. This place is a trainwreck! Workers fooling around and screwing up just about every order that i saw in the 20 minutes i was there. The girl who took the order is as untrained, rude and immature and should not be working anywhere in the hospitality business. I'm pretty sure there was no manager on site so these kids/young adults run the show and it's a mess. Love ordering burgers plain for kids and getting mayo and onions on them and when i bring it up to the counter to say they made a mistake the response is "huh" "what".. then i realize the 2 other people standing there are waiting for there screwed up orders to be fixed while the workers dance and just ignore customers. After spending $1 million on renovations the place is worse than ever. They share a parking lot with the bank (no parking) and it seems that everybody prefers to go through the drive-through causing traffic all the way to Amboy Road. When you go inside, the bathroom is hysterical. It's like one of those bathrooms you see in a cheap hotel..The seating area is a scene out of a small town in Oregon. An actual fireplace all year around and the seating arrangements got smaller even though most of the customers got bigger.. Im a big lover of Wendys. Big enough to say it is my favorite fast food chain. However, this Wendys is my least favorite location. I have come here on several occasions and something is always missing from my order ,whether I use the drive-thru or go inside. The drive through line is always super long. The parking lot could have been set up a little better. The line for the drive thru cuts through the parking lot. So if you went inside to order, when you come out there is an 80% chance you are now blocked in by drive thru line. The people taking the orders are very slow and not the most pleasant to deal with. I think Ill be driving the extra miles to a different Wendys. read more
