I love Wendy's chili! However, the Wendy's in Springboro, OH does not make it correctly. There is very little meat in their chili. They are supposed to be known for their meaty chili, but the Springboro location is ripping their customers off. It's happened several times to me at this location. I think they may put a few more beans in, but they put very little hamburger in their chili. I used to work at a Wendy's and know how it is made. Also, when I get chili at other Wendy's locations, their chili is nice and meaty like it should be. I hope Springboro Wendy's sees this complaint and corrects their error and starts making chili the correct way, nice and meaty. read more

Had a really bad experience at the Springboro Wendy's. The blonde lady with the lip piercing was extremely rude the entire time. Whenever I would ask for something, she pretty much threw the bag at me, and whenever I asked for sauces, she shoved them into my hands. She was visibly annoyed the whole time, constantly huffing, puffing, and sighing every time she opened the window. I understand people have bad days, but there's no reason to treat customers like that. Definitely some of the worst customer service I've experienced. read more

horrible service takes like 20 minutes to get my food, would not recommend this location unless your wanting to wait forever for your food

Fast food is what it is. But service was horrible. The drive thru attendant had an attitude the whole time. As a bedside nurse I am evaluated on customer/patient service and would be in trouble if I had treated a patient that way. All I ask is courtesy when ordering food. I'm not rude to you, don't take your unhappiness out on me. No wonder it wasn't busy. Inside was also closed. May 12, 2026 at 527 pm read more

This location has been disappointing the last few times we have came here. The employees seem uninterested in quality and work ethic is not being monitored. The drive thru attendant was polite, the other employee (I could only see the 2) was openly scrolling on his phone moments before handling the food. The food we ordered was sloppy, 45 dollars (8 gallons of gas) worth of food drenched in mayonnaise was just thrown together and plopped in a bag, the fries were lukewarm and soggy. The price does not reflect the service and quality. read more

Understaffed. Placing an order took forever. Soda fountain had no ice and ran out of beverages. The staff said there was nothing they could do. There was only one cashier taking orders who seemed new and he kept making mistakes that had to be corrected by other staff. This is a very busy Wendy's off the freeway. Save yourself the headache and find a different Wendy's. read more

Wife just picked up Wendy's. They forgot her large fry, My dbl cheese very dry. The order came up to 23.70. She gave the boy a gift card for 20.00 and a 5.00 bill. She says where is my change. He says I took the 5.00 off first . read more

Always out of ice multiple times I've been. They were out of apples so they are cutting up their own for the kids meal and the lady who did it did not have gloves on. The place is dirty. Would not recommend read more

Waited in the longest line, noticed that the cars in front of me started to just drive away once they got to the speaker so I knew this was about to be some bs . I pull up to the speaker where the employee informed me they will be closing for 30 minutes because they needed help from a different manager. Baby what. Anyways this place always disappoints. read more

Really bad experience. First off they had no lettuce apparently. Then the coke was served with no ice??? How was that even possible? A price of a basic combo was also $12? Are you kidding. This place needs a complete overhaul. read more

Got lunch from the drive-thru around 1:15. It was slow & I noticed they could only handle one car at a time. They didn't take my order until the car in front of me had pulled away. They must be short staffed. My food was good but lukewarm - not hot. I asked for extra pickles on my burger but only got one pickle chip. I asked for no ice in my lemonade but still got ice. Probably won't return to this location. read more

This locations blows. Burger tasted old as shit, it was actually hard and dry. I could understand if I came in super late, but it was 7:50pm. My drink never taste like what I order, I get they use the coke freestyle but damn, rinse it out in between uses. They were also only accepting cash, which happens a lot here. I think it's so they don't have to be busy. read more

I've been eating at Wendy's for 50 years and the Springboro location is a joke. They stopped in the middle of my order and said they can't take drive thru orders during shift change. I don't think shift changes at 8:08 pm on Tuesday. There is NO WAY that this is corporate policy. After all other restaurants opened the dining area after COVID the Springboro location did not open the dining room. Now they close the drive thru at arbitrary times. When this location closes and they fire all of managers, it should not be a surprise to anyone. Wendy's corporate should revoke their franchise read more

Worst wendys with the rudest people. 30 minutes to order. Chuck (manager) had let us know they had a big order to wait for a minute... we said we would wait. He forgot to turn off the speaker before voicing to his employee "these people are R******. Disgusting human beings and disgusting food. DO NOT GO THERE. 0 STARS. read more

They always get my order right at the drive-thru. It's always cooked well and tastes pretty good. I usually get a Baconator meal. I will say that one time I went through, person who handed me the food looked at me like a skin-walker. My only guess is that working at a Wendy's could compare with the trenches. read more

I met the general manager there, and she was beyond rude. Her name is Jennifer, and there's no reason she should still be in a job. She does not order her trucks correctly, and they are always out of something. If she worked under me she would've been fired a long time ago. The employees there seem to be trying their best but they can't help it if their management is horrible. read more

Dining room is never opened but they don't have the courtesy to post it on the door. Rude!

I refuse to come here ever again I go to the drive through and ask for my DoorDash order and the worker says come inside and grab it and then turns the microphone off so I walk in and wait 5 minutes before the worker even acknowledges me I go up and say I have an order and she says "pc" and I said what and she says it again and I said "I don't understand what you mean" and she gets an attitude and goes it's the initials on the order and I go oh sorry it's hc and she goes we don't have it and then walks away and I'm just standing there trying to figure out what is happening and she comes back and says we don't have it and I show her and she goes "ok?" And she walks away again at that point I was wondering if I placed it at the wrong place and sure enough I didn't and the pc order had all the things I had ordered and she doesn't help me when she comes back I ask her what I should do and she says we don't have it figure it out and walks away again so at that point I was fed up with how rude she was being and how unhelpful and I just called DoorDash to get them to cancel it and give me my money back. The service is absolutely terrible I wasn't rude or mean throughout the entire experience and I was given nothing but attitude and rudeness. I definitely will not return and you shouldn't either. read more

Best hamburgers of all fast food eateries! My wife will have nothing else. Dave's single no cheese and no mayo. Sandwich is the bomb!

the FOOD, HORRIBLE!! and first off I want to say in this area of rebuilding this LOCATION needs to rebuild their employers or just shut down. the SERVICE I received was HORRIBLE! I order 20 honey bbq saucy nugget COMBO. correct me if I'm wrong but a COMBO is fry and drink, yes or no? well every other Wendy's in Ohio and other states give FRIES AND DRINK with the combo.. this brown skin heavy set lady tells me my order that was a COMBO doesn't come with fries the menu "COMBO" is drink only. I asked "since when, this is the FIRST WENDYS to tell me this" ESPECIALLY WHEN I KNOW MOST ITEMS THAT AREN'T A COMBO HAVE UPCHARGE AVAILABILITY. lady must've thought I was stupid. she looked like she had on an oversized sheet manager shirt, Madea's half sister or something, she refused to give her name, so I didn't bother to argue but gaaaahhhhhh! my order came out to 10.99 (20 nugg) 4.00 (med drink) $2+ (small fry) after taxes over $20.. I've NEVER paid $20 for food for JUST ME at Wendy's! why would I ?? ITS SO MANY DEALS TO ORDER TWICE TO STILL BE UNDER $20.. maybe business wasn't booming and they needed every penny today but I WILL NEVER visit again, that's a promise! Oh and for Ambiance, TRASH! 0 STARS, ZERO. ONE IS BEING NICE! read more

Was going here often but Sunday night I recieved the nastiest burger I can remember receiving. Its like they dipped their fingers in mayonnaise and wiped it all over the bun. The absolute sloppiest burger I've had in my life. I reached out on facebook. They asked for my contact info two days ago and it's been crickets ever since read more

Wendy's - Nasty Dave's double. - Burgers Near Me - Springboro, Ohio

Went there today, no cars in the line except me. As soon as I pulled up I was told "I will be with you in a minute". 25 minutes later someone acknowledged me, couldn't have been busy. After those 25 minutes there was a stack of cars behind me. Never will I go there again, awful service. read more

This place is pretty interesting. How does a human give a customer chili without crackers? I didn't have any crackers at home so I tried to imitate it by using various household items. None seemed to work. Wendy's please give your customers crackers with their chili. It should be a law. I'll write a congressman and see if we can get it into the constitution. read more

I wish I could leave no stars. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They can't get simple things right, they only help one car at a time in the drive through which means you're waiting at least 20 min just to order. They finally open inside, but wait until you're in there to tell you, cash only, even though the register at the drive through takes card. No sign on the door, no common sense to ring you up at the other register. So by the time you get back to your car, the drive through lane is 20 cars long! They need new management and new team members who actually care. This is what we're paying $15/hour for??? read more

Waited in line for twenty minutes not a single car moved, finally left had 4-5 people inside just didn't help myself or the other ten to fifteen people that left also. I know Covid hurt the employees but if your going to close earlier at least have the balls to tell the people in the drive thru so we don't waste our time. Will not be coming back to this location which I have used for past five years or so. Sorry not sorry but this service was the worst I have ever seen in a fast food joint. Will hit up the Arby's, McDonald's or anything else in town from now on. read more

I'll give them credit for consistency! They are ALWAYS rude and ALWAYS seem inconvenienced by providing service to their customers. I've lived near this location for 11 years and have NEVER received polite service. They literally throw the food out the window when you pull up. Don't dare ask them for ketchup, because the window is closed before you speak, which typically results in me honking the horn so they'll come back. I've never been told to 'have a nice day' or even been greeted with a 'hello.' Apparently, THEY are doing YOU a favor when they give you the wrong order. Try traveling to the 'better' location on St Rt 123 in Franklin. It's attached to a gas station, but still has a drive thru and the service is friendly and my order is usually correct. read more

This Wendy's is ok! They are slow when they are busy. Other than that not nothing to brag about!!!

Sat in line for 15 mins only to get to the order box and be told to wait, 5 more mins go by. Numerous cars are pulling out and leaving the line. Placed order and of course she repeats it back and it's all wrong. Told her not once, twice but three times my order. She gives me my total and it's wayyy wrong. I pull up to the window and explain to the guy my total is wrong. He too is confused as my order is totally not what I ordered. I was fed up and told him never mind I will go else where, keep your food as I'm not waiting another minute. Horrible drive thru service on many occasions. This store needs some major training. read more
