How about some pop with all this ice? This was the store manager who did this so what's the point of complaining? I didn't get a receipt to reference so once again, I get bent. Why would I tell anyone to go here? read more

Wendy's - Got ice? - Burgers Near Me - Southfield, Michigan

Food was decent but the wait in the drive thru wasn't. I Waited in line while the cashier had a 7 min personal conversation with the guy in the car in front of us. Every now and then she'd look our way but just kept on talking anyways. No money, receipt or anything exchanged hands before he finally drove off to collect his food. So yes we were late for our appointment and our food was cold and we didn't get our sauce for the nuggets. I know everyone needs a job but let's remember to respect those who we serve. As service workers it's not ok to abuse your position when servicing others with blatant disregard. read more

How is this place even in business? Had to use the drive-through because the door was locked during the daytime. They charged me extra to have only lettuce, tomato, and ketchup on my burger when I complained they admitted the price would've been lower if I didn't make any special request. The burger was burned and cold and the help were ghetto, nasty and rude. They just need to shut their doors and go away. You're better off eating roller food at 7-Eleven stay away from this place. read more

Goods and services not as described. Asked for a Bacon King and Dave's Double (no tomato) combo after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru. I received two combos, the Dave's Double with tomato, and a single patty cheeseburger. I spent $27 for both of the menu items to be completely wrong. At least I got my fries (cold). Don't waste your time or money, this place doesn't care about anything --and your order will be wrong. read more

Ordered on-line and everything was ready and waiting for us when we arrived at the window. The food items were all correct and still warm when we go to them at home. The grounds of the restaurant were clean. read more

This location has been awful for decades. I generally avoid it but every year or so I decide to give them another shot and see if things improve, only to be met with the same terrible service. I've tried drive thru...terrible, i've tried counter service...terrible. Today i decided to try mobile order...terrible. The app says my food should be ready and in the carryout area at 2:25. i show up a coulle minutes early and wait. There is only 1 woman running the register. After 10 minutes of waiting I decide to approach the counter but unfortunately a few people walk in right before this and now the one employee is busy taking orders. I notice my 2 burgers sitting behind the counter, and when the line dies down i explain that i am waiting on a mobile order. She spends a couple minutes putting together the rest of my order and iff i go. The main issue is my order was supposed to in the carryout area around 2:25. By the time I got the woman's attention and received my food it was now 2:40. They seem completely clueless, my burgers were just sitting there getting cold over 10 minutes after it should have been bagged up. And mind you, they were'nt even busy, just slow as all get out withou a clue. It's the same shitshow every time i decide to give them another chance. I would recommend never going here! read more

Staff screws around all the time. Took 30 minutes for a medium fry and 4 piece tender. Food was cold and gross. Wouldn't come back here

Service is awful. Be prepared to wait, then get cold food. But don't worry, you can count on- at least 1 mistake with your order. Customer service is... lacking. To be nice. No idea how this location stays in business. The 1.5 star rating is shockingly high. read more

Very quick drive through after a mobile order, workers were very nice, food came out hot and tasted great.

This Wendy's can't get an order right to save their life and they're generally not very pleasant.

Came by looking for late night food. Closed drive-thru at 11:30pm, says open until 2am.

I should have known better than to order from Wendy's again, but they were giving away a Baconator sandwich. That sandwich only had 2 pieces of "see through" bacon. The worst part is that we ordered 2 bowls of chili to round out our meal. We did not get any chili. I believe this is the 3rd time this happened in recent months. The sad part is that their food is normally pretty good, if you get it. It must be the employees that are causing all of their issues. Never again! read more

I'm giving every restaurant one star who doesn't supply basics like napkins, utensils and condiments. It's ridiculous you have to ask for BASIC items. If I order fries, why am I not getting ketchup? read more

Food is left cold, service from the morning crew was rude and unprofessional, these delinquents are mad at life because they failed themselves in school and can't have a real job so they take it out on everyone else because they make poor decisions and poor money because of the choices they made lol read more

Wendy's, in general, their burgers are pretty solid. But it's a risky move to order fries or chicken because, in my experience, they will serve it way past its prime. In one instance, I took my chicken nuggets back up because they were cold, and they just gave the same old replacement nuggets you could tell they were old as hell! The other problem with this location it's ridiculously slow. It doesn't matter if there are ten people or two you are waiting the same amount of time. Today i got two Bacon Cheeseburgers and a bottle of water. They were fresh and delicious. read more

Not sure if they're training to become a full service fine dining restaurant, because they've decided to take orders without writing anything down or just using the two computers RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM! I actually came inside this time, but two employees expected me to yell out my order at them as they moved around and neither could get it right (this is Wendy's) . When I asked, if there was something wrong with two front computers, the answer was no, they'd just decided to only use the drive through register. This was not closing time. This was 8pm and the sun was still up! read more

They just stare at you they don't speak ask how your day going when I ask a question it was just a head nod customer service trash

Very unfriendly. I thought I was disturbing her day. Made my sandwich wrong and instead of putting onions on it, they threw away my sandwich and made another which I had to wait. I never touched the sandwich so not sure why they did that. Chili was Luke warm. I will never go back! read more

Why god? Why? I know the food isn't "healthy" or always going to be on their "A" game, or even mistakes happen, but my weak willed tubby ass will not stand for this anymore without throwing a pity party publicly to tell them their on the blacklist. After our six visit in the first year of living nearby, I will not take it any more. I have tried different days, times, and changed up the order. The experience of dealing with this disservice to Wendy's including the following: Chaotic parking lot set up. Extremely rude and aggressive service window. Does not know the menu. Have yet to get an order correct. Can't handle more than 2 cars in the line without setting out a cloud of confusion of whose is whose order. Capping off with the goods, you just can't begin to describe the dark cloud of dissatisfaction that sets in after eating. Watered down chili, dry beef, unsalted fries, have to search for the bacon remnants, spicy nuggets are over peppered, no ice in the drinks, and all the food is nuclearly warm or solidly room temperature. The Timmy ho's attached has sadly procured the same type of results. The regret these experiences have caused after stuffing my face is not worth the agony. Save yourself the depression. Get only mildly dissatisfied by a different fast food option. Good day! I said good day sir/madam. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Workers are nasty and rude, no ketchup. They didn't have ice, the fry's were dog. Honestly this Wendy's should be shut down and all the employees should be re-trained. The place was filthy, I got very sick after eating here. read more

Went to grab some food here around 10pm August 12,2024. I got a crispy chicken blt $5 biggy bag. Everything was cold . This is the worst fast food restaurant. The employees keep a long line because they're hiding in the back and avoiding work. This location never has a full menu. The staff is lazy. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

Customer service was average for Wendy's business and the employe didn't say thank you but one said your welcome.

Been there two times in two weeks. Got a taco salad with no chilli. Went there today and ordered a taco salad and two Chili's. Along with an original double with cheese. They had no taco salads so I got the Caeser and my burger was two patties and cheese children size. What a joke. Pot holes in the drive thru too. My bad I guess. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst Wendy's location of all time. They make you park your car and wait for your food. They forgot about my order, I had to go in, and then when I finally got the order is was the wrong order. I don't know who's running this location but I think middle schoolers could do a better job. read more

I've tried to given this Wendys multiple chances over the last year but every time I go here my orders wrong, it takes for ever and the staff is rude. This morning I went there to get breakfast (which their menu says they serve til 10:30) I got there at 10:15 and they said sorry we are in lunch. This place needs to find better management. read more

So I haven't been to Wendy's in a VERY long time, but last I heard the chili was kind of a thing with this place. So, we go through the drive through which takes too long to begin with with only one car ahead of us and order a couple bowls of chili, two Frosties and a sandwich. We wait again to pay and as we get to the window we are blasted with the smell of old, dirty oil and are informed that chili just isn't an option....at Wendy's today. Really? At 5:30 on a Sunday evening you are without chili? That is some kind of management expertise right there. Way to be on it. For the record we did find another Wendy's in Clawson that smelled appropriate and had chili (someone had a real hankering for chili and a Frosty). So, it's not all Wendy's you should avoid - just this one. read more

JUST A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! I went through the drive-thru and ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches on Saturday, February 22nd at 3:50 PM. It was $10.53 and I gave the cashier a twenty-dollar bill, but I received no receipt. This is the last time that I pay for food with cash-especially at a fast food restaurant. The cashier ran to the back and told her co-worker that it was going to be a wait for the spicy chicken sandwiches. There were no cars in line behind me, but her co-worker said, "Sir, can you please pull to the front and wait for your spicy chicken sandwiches?" I said sure and I pulled up about ten feet and parked my car. Ten minutes went by and I still didn't have my food and now there was a line of cars behind me. Then I heard the cashier yell out, "Sir can you please move your car and pull up to the front?" I said, "No, I can't! I need my food-you guys are making me late!" She said, "We'll bring it right out to you, just please pull to the front!" I pulled up to the front and parked and she brought me the food. I said thank you and I was finally on my way. I was having a panic attack from paying for food that I hadn't received yet and I wasn't given a receipt. It was just awful customer service. I hadn't had a spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's in a while and these two were easily some of the juiciest and tastiest sandwiches I have ever had from Wendy's, but the cashier causing me to have a panic attack just can't be overlooked. I avoid fast food restaurants like the plague and I needed something quick, which is why I made an exception, but there was nothing quick or efficient about my visit. I will not be back. I was literally sitting in my car panicking over whether or not I was going to get my food after I paid, got no receipt and was told to move to the front of the restaurant. They had nothing in place to make sure I was taken care of and it was appalling that she didn't set the expectation before I paid by saying, "It will be ten minutes for the spicy chicken sandwiches." read more

So freaking confusing, the signs for the drive thru, they are not very much help. literally went in circles!! do better wendy's.

This has got to be the slowest, non-motivated, crew I've ever seen at any fast food location. Now I know you are thinking "who takes the time to write a review about fast food place?". Normally I wouldn't waste my time but today was exceptionally bad.... The most incredible part about my experience was after waiting 25 minutes (no exaggeration) I go up to the counter and ask where the food is and Temcha or whatever her name is goes " oh I'm sorry, would you like something for your wait?" I asked her if they had even started it and she they're starting it right now. I would avoid this Wendy's all together. It was so so bad! read more

If I could give NOT ONE STAR I WOULD! I was picking up my door dash and the young woman on the window had a nasty attitude. All I wanted to know is why I had fruit punch drinks instead of orange drinks. She told me TO GET THE FUCK OFF HER WINDOW! I will be contacting corporate next! The world is too short staffed for ppl to be hired and have this type of demeanor and respect to paying customers! Terrible Wendy's. The people in there are awful, the most unmotivated work staff I've seen. Fry box was not even halfway full and we didn't get any dressing even though ranch was asked for. Absolutely terrible quality of fries as well, the small amount that came with my large fry box were soggy and cold. If you're thinking about stopping in for a quick meal, think again as the drive through line took about 15 minutes. Terrible experience, and almost as bad as the Tim hortons that the building is shared with read more

This Wendy's is awful. The fries were not hot. They tasted like day old fries. They messed up my order put bacon on my sandwich. Just messed up my order all to together. Person on other side was being argumentative. I asked for receipt and was told the don't give at this window. But you take my money at the window. Told me it will be at the next window. When I got to that window was told the don't give receipts at this window. They need to be retrained on paying attention to get the order right and to give receipt when a customer pays. And since we can't go in to this location when the order is wrong I had to go through the drive thru again on an Oder they messed up an food was not hot. This is where the customer service retraining comes in. read more

Frosty somehow tasted like sour cream and they were out of all burgers and chicken at 9pm. Avoid at all cost.

The Wendy's at 12 Mile and Greenfield Rd in Southfield, MI has provided the consistently worst customer experience I've ever received at a fast food restaurant. This evening, for not the first time, I went to the drive through which was all lit up, and no one took my order. I finally pulled up to the window, which was also all lit up, and tried to get someone's attention. One of the employees looked directly at me, and even came over to get something immediately inside the drive through window, and did not acknowledge me. I noted that the sign on the window indicated that they would be open several more hours. There was a car behind me who did the same thing. I've given them more chances than I probably should have, but no more. I'm done. read more

I really do not like doing reviews on restaurants. But after given this place so many tries time and time again. At night my food is always cold. So tonight at 9:38 I went through the drive-through and I ordered a number 10 the fries was cold so I asked for new fries he turned around and gave me a whole new order of fries with an attitude and my fries were still cold they were not fresh. I wanted to speak to a manager but this happens every time I go there and it's always the same people. Someone in higher up management needs to do something about this store. I'm actually a general manager operating partner at a restaurant not even 2 miles from this place and I still give this place a lot of business . NO MORE OF MY MONEY read more
