They are angrier than I am about the situation, which I found weird. They told me to drive up and park there. I did that, but there is no room for other cars to pass so I have to wait while other cars drive up to me. There was a big car at my rear getting way too close for comfort. About to hit me close. I'm not going to get hit or potentially have someone yelling at my window over fast food, so I had to drive around to pick my food up. The person who gives me my food was angry at me for not parking. I tried to explain, but they kept talking over me, saying people park there all the time, and "do what I am told to do." No one should talk like that to a total stranger. It's weird. But I couldn't say much back because they closed the window on me when they finished ordering me around. Stress over nothing. I ordered a Dave's Double at the drive thru. It was not busy, as there were no cars in front of or in back of me. The order taker repeated the order. It was correct. I get to the cashier window, my order was confirmed. I paid. I go to the pick up window and drive off. I get home and unwrapped the most disgusting burger that I have ever had. It was the Nacho Burger. It was sloppy, spicy and not what I ordered. For $10.00 I would expect the ONE item that I ordered would be correct. I went online to leave my complaint, it was not accepted because I did not have a receipt #, because I was not give a receipt. If you order that Nacho Burger, make sure you have some Tums on hand. This review is the summary of several visits in one. The only reason I return is that my daughter loves their chicken tenders, and it's convenient Problem one: the woman who either hands out the food or supervises handing out the food likes to wear her mask below her nose while shouting. Not safe. Not sanitary. Someone needs to tell her her nose is also connected to her lungs. But so much worse is the young man who takes the payment. I almost feel like I'm being punked. He did this every single time we went through. He takes his hand and grabs his mask near the nose area and COMPLETELY TAKES IT OFF HIS FACE to ask for the money then raises it again when he's not facing you or talking to you. The last time I went through, I said please put your mask back over your face and he informed me that I was just fine. My next call is to the health department. It's one thing if a mask "slips" but to literally grab it by the dirtiest part and pull it off your face over and over is shocking. He said he wanted to ensure I could understand him. I work in health care, in a mask, all day with other masked people and I can assure this young man that everyone can hear through the mask. Now a food complaint. One time they seemed to be running late and in order to complete my nugget order they just tossed in a couple of the spicy ones. My daughter lost skin on the roof of her mouth. No complaints here - I came through the drive - thru and the young lady taking my order was bubbly and polite. Portion sizes corresponded with with expectation. The drive thru attendant actually helped me select my meal without knowing it. I truly had no idea what I wanted. Went to this location around 11:40 PM. Was only one car ahead of me in the drive thru, so it looked like a fast in and out.... Placed my order, and the cashier (who was friendly) asked me to pull up to the door just ahead of the window. Now, if anyone frequents this location, you'd know how narrow the drive thru is. I pulled up, and made sure to leave more room for the cars behind me, and pulled as close to the curb as I could. Order ended up taking about 15 minutes, and the line behind me began to form. One car gets his order, backs up a bit to execute the turn and passes. Next car passed without needing to adjust. Next vehicle wasn't as skilled, or as pleasant. Driver had to adjust to drive around me, and threw out a "What the f*** is wrong with you?!" as he passed by. Needless to say, I wasn't happy being verbally berated by other customers. Manager finally appeared after that with my order as the next car behind me waited for me to leave. I didn't even check the bag and just drove off to avoid anymore conflicts. Got home and found, of course, they forgot part of my order. This experience reminds me why I dodge this location if it's after the lunch crew leaves for the day. read more

The bacon was crisp and tasty. The honey butter chicken biscuit was also delicious. The chicken was fresh, lean and not too greasy. The honey butter gave it a great extra touch. So I called, to let them know and the only response was that if I came back (wasting my gas and time) they would give me the sour cream and butter. (ie. cheese when they said "no cheese".) The drive thru is just as hit or miss as the regular ordering counter when it comes to getting the right food. Also, the people are less friendly than most fast food places. The building is new and the dining room is generally clean. While I like Wendy's in general, this particular store is unfortunately generally incompetent. I live nearby and used to stop by at least once a week to pick up dinner. But over time the quality and management have become abysmal. Special orders are always - even when the order is "plain, I.e. Just the burger" - wrong. If you go through the drive-through, you have a 50/50 chance of getting what you ordered. If you go inside, you have a 50/50 chance of getting your "fast food" within 30 minutes. We have walked out unserved several times after waiting 20 minutes in line. Do yourself a favor and choose another fast food provider nearby. read more

Well, I just ordered a single cheeseburger called the Dave's Single, and I must tell you I wasn't impressed. It was not that good. The drive in was fast enough, though it took me in back of another business to get to it. When I got home, and clamped my choppers on my burger; I felt sadly cheated. $5.00 for the cheeseburger, I expected more. I think the only reason this Wendy's stays in business is because there are no other fast food restaurants in the proximity. Going through the drive thru at this location is always a crap shoot. Apparently the person taking the order is has the skills to enter your order correctly (on the screen they want you to look at to ensure your order is correct) but the person actually bagging the order lacks the skills necessary to read the order correctly.Triple check your bags, and get ready for the indignation when you request items that were not included. Also, just assume when you order condiments, such as BBQ sauce for your nuggets, that you just wasted your breath and ask when you get your food. read more

Gross! Ordered chili (which used to be awesome) - got something that looked liked brown water with a few chunks of nasty meat thrown in to make it look even nastier. The wait staff is untrained, uncaring or just putting in time. Got there on a slow shift on an early Saturday (around 5 pm) with at least 5 - 6 staff members chatting and just looking at the people in the line. They asked for our name (got it wrong but was told that it was okay). My husband went to pick up food, stood there waiting until someone realized he was waiting for chili. After he stood there waiting, he got what he ordered and started to walk away when he heard one staffer say to another, "He didn't even say thank you." They should have apologized to him for making him wait and then thanking him for his patience. New fancy chicken sandwich was not worth the wait or the money. Fries way oversalted. Better off staying home or just take a ride down Bridgeport Avenue - lots of other fast food places. Manager was there yet made no attempt to get staff to do their jobs. YUCK!
