I prefer this over the window or the county because it's way easier to customize, see deals and earn Wendy's rewards points. If you're not using the Wendy's app, get it. At the speaker, I let the girl know that I'd placed the order on the app. At the window, my order was handed to me by a different (same?) girl wearing a mask. In the bag, exactly what I requested with the right number of sauces and napkins. My only trouble with this Wendy's is the layout. Decided to stop and give Wendy's a try for lunch and this meal did not disappoint. We both opted to try the Biggie bag and we both decided to try the Chicken BLT, (4) Chicken nuggets, fries, and soft drink for $5 dollars in addition to ordering a Apple Pecan salad to share. The sandwich was a pleasant surprise since it had a crispy Chicken patty, tomato, bacon, lettuce, cheese, and mayo on a plain sandwich bun. The fries were a little too salty for our taste, but the nuggets with barbecue sauce were nice and crispy plus tasted great. The salad was our favorite item as we both enjoyed the grilled chicken breast, roasted pecans, blue cheese crumbles, romaine lettuce, Fuji and green apple slices, plus cranberries with pomegranate dressing. We will definitely return after our great experience today. The morning shift has an excellent drive thru attendant, but I can tell from past experiences that the balance of the staff needs further training and is stressing her out! She is worthy of additional compensation to help preserve the best part of your operation! Update, we have recently had multiple issues with this unit and felt compelled to reduce our 5 star rating to 3 stars. Recent issues include, no cranberries added to a Apple Pecan Salad, supply chain issues whereby No orange juice was available for 3 days in a row, no candied pecans available for the Apple Pecan salad for 3 days in a row. Then, the kicker was the drive thru attendant asking us to pull forward and they would bring us out our order, only to have the attendant finally show up at our car window to ask what we ordered 10-15 minutes later. Due to this event, I cannot recommend that you visit this restaurant after first shift goes home! Then, the next time we experienced a no silverware event after ordering 2 Apple Pecan salads plus no pecans in the bag requiring another trip thru the drive thru. When manager is questioned concerning these issues he blames the performance on inability to hire good help at this location. Staff is short handed and Manager blames this on inability to hire help. Manager has hired all 4 people that have applied in the last 4-6 months. In addition, the App was recently down all day long, so we were unable to place an order and utilize rewards. When we called into the "contact us" phone number, we were on hold for almost one hour and no live person ever took our call to report App issues. The Chat function said we were first in line but nobody was answering chat either at the "contact us" help line that same day. Apparently, the "remote" customer service workers just put their feet up on the coffee table and play video games instead of take calls! Good customer service is lacking at the corporate level of this company. Dave Thomas would be quite disappointed if he was alive today. Totally unsure who is actually running Wendy's at this point! The reason why they got a one star rating is because you drive through the parking lot and there's a sign on the door that shows the lounge hours that are open, however there's small print on another sign that says lobby is temporary closed, super super super aggravating... I will remove this one star rating and replace it with a five star rating as soon as you put a big sign replacing the come on in with a our lounge is closed or something to that effect read more

My wife and I stopped here to get something to eat on the way home from the beach. We went inside and a woman came running at us and hollered you need to get out of here. She say we are short handed and you need to get in the drive thru. After being in the line for over 25 minutes we placed our order. I ordored a hamburger and a large fry. My wife ordered a hamburger. When we got the order there were no fries. We told the girl there were no fries. She huffed hold on and came back and all but flung the bag in the car. My wife asked could she please get a receipt and the girl stated I can't get you a receipt from here next time you will know to come inside if you want a receipt. My wife tried to explain why we couldn't. The girl said well that's just too bad but next time you'll know to come inside. She then closed the window and turned away. It has been thirty minutes and all I STILL TASTE is the strong pungent onions and a doughy bun with ONE nasty pickle and a simlance of a piece of CHEWY beef! I will say, I'm probably not the most favorite customer that comes in, I get off work late at night and usually choose this location to come and eat, tonight was no exception, I got there about 10 to close which i know is the be all end all worst thing to do in food service but none the less you are open, I am paying, I need to eat. I ordered something that I had hoped would be quick and easy for them, just a #5 sandwich and a med Dr Pepper, as I usually do. Took them about 5-8 minutes to prepare what was the coldest sandwich I've ever paid for. The cheese was still in it's perfect square form, there was enough mayo on this thing that I could have made a personal sized coleslaw for two with not to mention I didn't get a straw for my drink either.... I don't ever complain about fast food but this has been an ongoing issue I've dealt with eating at this place late night.
