I was in the hoodt!!!jk. I was driving around checking out the area and I stopped here after receiving a delayed flight notification and I decided to grab a bite before heading out. I'm glad that I stopped because these unseasoned folks were a hoot! They taught me all about Anime and what it is, since there was an Anime convention going on across the street from my hotel. Seeing all of the costumes were neat. They also educated me about the neighborhood after I asked about the area. This crew were so youthful and responsible as well as respectful. One employee was cleaning the bathrooms and did a great job at it as he had it smelling like a clean bleached bathroom ... dude had it shining and smelling good. Sheesh he should get his own cleaning business because this Wendy's has the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen. ( I went in to wash my hands and noticed). I only ordered a box meal which was freshly made and . Thank you guys for the fresh food and the education on Anime and this area in Rosemont. J like the fact that an employee told me that I was safe in this area... thank you so much!!! I'd stop to say hi if in area again to these 2 employees. I got 3 dry sausage biscuits sandwiches and since I place they order from grub hub, grub hub refused to refund me for the items in did not receive. I have been scammed from both Wendy's and grub hub don't order from this Wendy's if you are going to use grub hub, they will not honor correcting your purchase. read more

The one star is only for the strawberry frosty. The workers at this Wendy's were playing a game to see how fast a burger could mold and had hidden one in the ceiling around the tables where customers eat. We assume this is why we saw multiple bugs, one of which was on our table and had to be killed. Distrusting. Horrible. Just this location....go to another Wendy's. read more

Went an hour before they closed to pick up a prepaid takeout order and they refused to serve me or the 2 other people in the drive thru line, saying they were closed. The employees were out of uniform all on their phones inside the store and refused to honor the order. It was 11pm and the posted hours said they close at 12. If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would. I have never been so disappointed in a place. First the lady behind the counter gave me old stale fries, and then had problems following basic requests like ranch on the side for my wrap or removing an item from my order. The windows here are dirty, the food is lukewarm, the chick named Dajah behind the counter with huge fake eyelashes has an attitude problem. The bathroom was nasty too. Go somewhere else!! After a night out with my friends we came out to eat at the Wendy's at this location and let me tell you guys how terrible it was. It seemed like they were short staffed so we waited patiently for about 15 minutes just to order food bcs the cashier would just walk away and then come back minutes after. Watched a worker step up on a chair and reach for pieces of a burger they had put up there. They were playing some sort of sick game to check how fast it molded. I called in an order for 10 burgers and fries at 10:45 for 11:15 pickup. I arrived at 11:17 and still didn't get my order until 11:29. This Wendy's just keeps going downhill, a few years ago they used to do a good job. Now, I'm not sure what happened. I frequented this location because I'm pretty busy and its closest to my home on the way to work. The quality of the food preparation is terrible, the fries are either burned and cold or just simply refried when you ask for fresh ones, the sandwiches are poorly made with the lettuce and tomatoes wilted and soggy. Consistency is something that this place is definitely is not able of. I started to frequent the Wendy's on Harlem near the expressway because they are always fast, consistent, and fresh and when they remodeled that location, I was delighted to see the employees from their at this location; and they delivered as I expected. That was short lived of course because they had to go back. I know this is a long review for a fast food restaurant but this place doesn't match up to its sister locations or its motto. My most favorite Wendys. If you go through the drive through the service is super fast. You had them cash and they hand you back your change and food. I go there many times and i think I only had to wait for my food once. The food is fresh, so not sure why others here think its not always fresh. They been pretty good with me. Wendy's is a fast food restaurant located in Franklin Park, Illinois. Mannheim road. They serve hamburgers, rosties and drinks. Its a small restaurant with tables close to each other and with large windows. waiters always ask nicely if we needed anything. The inside looks big when the outside looked small. It's a nice place with really good food. Workers are kind and ask if you need anything else or want to try new things. It also has a drive thru just in case you're in a rush or something so you could go fast. I really enjoy eating at Wendy's for various reasons.I liked their hamburgers and their fries are delicious. What would also be good is a hamburger with mayonnaise salad and fries. I bet a lot of people would enjoy this resturant. They have delicious food that you will crave. I truly recommend that Wendy's is the best. When I return back I always think what im going to go because there so many good choices. There so many good food. The quality of this place has unfortunately decreased significantly in recent memory. With this location being very close to where I work, I found myself visiting this particular Wendy's frequently. A coworker of mine found hairs in her sandwich when grabbing lunch and dinner. The food isn't as fresh as it used to be, and I found myself more often than not getting the wrong order. I ordered a Diet Coke, and end up with something else. It's one thing if it happens once. But mishaps happen here frequently. The employees quite frankly also seem unprepared collectively. There are better food options in the area, and I would recommend steering clear from this place until they improve their quality. read more
